Incredible Corruption indeed
I purchased a laptop online. The screen does not work, even though it is brand new.

I have called 3 times and am still waiting for someone to call me back. I took it to a store who advised after speaking to head office that the faulty unit would be collected and a replacement would be supplied.

Refilwe from head office then called and stated that this was not in fact what would be happening.

24 hours later I am still waiting for feedback.

This is a joke. I am leaving for a business trip on Friday without a laptop to do business on despite having paid for one and apparently Incredible Connection feels that this is appropriate.

Mine was returned back to the shop 2 times and they later told me that they are unable to repair it. They have offered to give me one with a lower spec than the one I bought. I bought an i5, 1TB, 8G RAM. They are offering me an i3, 4G RAM. The nerve!

SANDTON CITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LAPTOP BAGS DEPARTMENT OWNER

On The 22 February 2021, between (11h30 till 12h00) went to the store to check out laptop bag.
One caught my eye since it was showing that it’s on sale from R899 TO R499. Price points on it clearly show that and it was two bags available there.
One of the sales expect came to assist and he saw what I saw then we got to the till , then the bag scanned at R899.
The teller asked for authorization and also asked the sales expect who was assisting me to fetch the price point that stated that the bag is R499,
He got to the department and got the department owner and they took long as they were Arguing about the price.
The department owner came into my direction by the till and just said “NO THIS IS NOT 499 THE 499 BAG IS THIS ONE” and he walked away.

I then spoke to the sales expect that was helping me that I got this bag under that price point and there were two and he then said lemme go to speak to my manager.
I waited then he came back and said they said they can’t reduce the price since the bag is not on sale.

“ AS A CUSTOMER AM WELL WITHIN MY RIGHT TO GET AN ITEM AT THE PRICE THAT WAS SHOWN AT THE STORE” HE WAS RUDE.....

I didn’t wanna argue with anyone in that store since the service I got was not pleasant at all, but well I still need that bag to be sold to me at a price that I saw.

Rude staffmember
Taneca from Weskus Mall, Vredenburg - what a rude and selfish staffmember! She humiliated a co-staffmember for NO reason in front of customers. And when caught out to be in the wrong by me and the co-worker, she was still rude to him. I told her she was in the wrong and she was very arrogant. I took my money elsewhere. Strongs to the co-worker, Cameron, who was very friendly and helpful to us. I wish there were more staff like you.

Lay by scam
On the 07/09/2020, I made a lay by for a HP 15 inch in cavendish square. However when I went to go make my last payment on the 29/01/2021 I was informed that my laptop has been sold and that there is no way that they can get a closed one for me as it has been discontinued. I was appalled because this is NOT what is supposed to happen with a lay by. A lay by means that that item is put aside for the customer and no one else is to touch it. They then proceeded to ask me to wait. One sales consultant was helpful while everyone else either kept their heads down or approached me like it was not their problem. The manager would barely communicate with me, which was very disappointing as one would think the manager would resolve the issue instead he wanted to end the situation as fast as possible without giving an apology. Luckily the sales consultant explained things to me. They then gave me a model HP ENVY but I still had to pay the full price, after a day of setting things up on the model laptop it sometimes freezes are takes time to respond. I find this very unacceptable. I was also informed that this was not the first time this happened. And that there was another customer on the same day that this happened to. I was really happy with your lay by service, and would have recommended you to all my friends, but now I don’t think I will since you don’t have follow the basic rules of a lay by.

NOT SO INCREDIBLE CONNECTION
I recently had very bad service from the Nicolway branch.
Waiting 2months for a brand new laptop to be assessed is totally unacceptable. Staff not much help at all
Will not be buying anything from Incredible Connection any time soon

Big scamsters
Hi I bought a laptop from your mall of the south branch in august 2020 as my son has online school , started having problems with switching it on a month later , due to covid only took it in in 11/01/2021 , 2. Weeks ago and I have heard nothing t , called yesterday and was told would be called today and nothing, I called and big surprise the tech isnt in and the supervisor isn’t in ???? I spent 16k!!!!!! To be scammed by a big company that makes false promises .... the tech is Thabiso and the supervisor is Luis, you will be hearing from my lawyer if I don’t have the laptop in working order by end of this week!!!

Bad service incredible connection Clearwater
My phone went in for repairs on 9 January 2021. I called on Friday 22 January and spoke to Neo who told me that my phone has been fixed and is on it's way back with courier to the store. I called on Monday 25 January but no one could tell me if the phone is there. Again today I called and spoke to Nkolisi who hang up on me. I am disgusted with the lack of client service at this store!!!!

Scammed, undermined and extremely poor service
My daughter had to buy an Hp laptop to the value of R8000.00 on 19 Jan 2020 from Rosebank mall branch. She gets home the box has been tempered with, the charger is not in the box she had to go back and get the charger. The next thing the laptop has been used and requires administrator to login. She had school work and because of that she couldnt work. I was very upset and i told her to take it back for a refund. The manager by the name of Glad told her that they dont have cash to refund her and they can not refund back to her card either. I mean the level of disrespect in this store is at a peak. He told her to come back on friday "maybe" they will have money and if she is unlucky she will have to wait untill month end. I have so many regrets i do not understand what kind of a manager looks down on the store customers and undermine them like that. It is very very disgusting, i am never ever going to look once at this store. This was time and money consuming my daughter had to contact the head office which promised that it will be escalated further and she should get a feedback within 24hrs.

Bad service with a bad atttitude
Bought a phone cash end of August 2020. In November the phone stopped working was not reading simcarrds on both slots. Took the phone back to the shop but was taken from pillar to post and the manager even said that I'm no exception to other customers they have customers who spend a lot of money like Rr100 000 in their shop. Called the call centre logged a complaint even today I still don't have a phone and know one called me to make a follow up as per the promise when ii was lodging a complaint. I will never buy at incredible connection again and the shop manager refuse even to take my calls for follow up. So disappointed

Worst electronic store ever: it has not returned my iphone 11 pro from repairing for 2 months now
WOW, IM SO ANGRY AT THIS ELECTRONIC STORE; WORST SERVICE EVER! i now understand why incredible connection got almost 2400 Bad reviews on the hellopeter website... i booked my iPhone 11 Pro 64gig at your store since the 17th of November because the phone couldn’t pick up the network telkom anymore , I booked it there because i thought with my proof of purchase ( from your shop ) I would be able to at least get the phone fixed but The technician* said that it can’t be fixed because it’s the telkom network provider issue ... I told the technician since the 14th of December , can the phone be shipped to the store for me to collect my phone because it has been more than a month ( over 21 days ) ... the technician from this store has Been telling me that he is contacting the istore in Jobourg but they not giving a proper answer on when the phone is gonna be at the store ! I mean what type of service is that ? I’m supposed to travel but my phone has been there for almost 60 days instead of 21 days and the store doesn’t even give me a proper answer ? The technician keeps on telling me he will call me back and he never does, i talked to 3 managers who keep on telling that my damn phone is already by the courier, managers giving different types of stories, i was supposed to go back home to stay there but now im stuck here because of this damn issue... This store is one of the biggest electronic stores, yet they cant even sort out issues... up to now i have not got my damn iphone 11 pro666
