I purchased a laptop online. The screen does not work, even though it is brand new.
I have called 3 times and am still waiting for someone to call me back. I took it to a store who advised after speaking to head office that the faulty unit would be collected and a replacement would be supplied.
Refilwe from head office then called and stated that this was not in fact what would be happening.
24 hours later I am still waiting for feedback.
This is a joke. I am leaving for a business trip on Friday without a laptop to do business on despite having paid for one and apparently Incredible Connection feels that this is appropriate.
