Delayed Claims
If you are looking to take insurance for your new device with Incredible Connection please don’t. Please save your money and time. I took mine with Incredible Connection - Clearwater branch. I submitted all my forms , required documents well on time and I am still waiting , 5 months later for a new device. The managers have no idea what they’re doing everyone is just passing the buck. If a had a rand everytime someone from that store said “I’m sorry “ or “we’ll call you back” I’d probably have enough money for 3 Mac books and some change. The customer experience overall is horrible and the managers have this thing of wanting to assert their authority with customers where they don’t listen to them and do their own thing. Would not definitively recommend. Please , rather put in your time and effort and find a company to insure your devices.

Poor Customer service and delivery
I have returned a phone under warranty, but the Walmer Park Port Elizabeth store is not following up after 2 months. They kicked me out of the store because I wanted an update regarding the repair that I logged two months ago. The store manager was super rude and refused to help me. Such behavior shouldn't be tolerated when dealing with people.
Still walked out of the store with no solid feedback on the repair process.

been sending mail on mail on mail with NO return correspondence. i am ignored. i purchased almost 30k online goods. seems you must think this is not worth your while, you just dont give a shit or you have idiots working for you. you pick i am pissed you are a pathetic company i already gave a review on hello peter and will blast it all over social media unbelievable so i must just wait until one day you will try to keep to your promise of 2 to 5 day delivery???????????????

Very bad customer service

I went Incredible connection Gateway with my colleague I think it was around March/April she wanted the router contract not even one sales consultant bothered to greet us while they weren’t doing anything until we called for someone to come help us and we ended up leaving the store without getting that contract.. Second time I went to the store some time last week for that 2 for 1 iPhone contract for vodacom only to be told that there sales person who’s in that contract department isn’t available and there’s no one to help . They don’t even know when they’re going to get someone else since the ones in training aren’t ready as yet. I called the store again towards the end of last week still same story and today also , the service is very very disappointing in such a big store at the Gateway mall. I hope something will be done about this because it’s very ridiculous and unacceptable.

Please can you assist as I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving

I have placed my online order 9 working days ago and still haven’t received my microwave.
Each time I log on to track my order there is a problem with the tracking and I must call in to find out what is happening. This is becoming ridiculous!!!
Please can I find out where my order is and when will it be delivered as this is wasting my time and I will complain further about this.

I paid for my order and now I’m chasing it. this is not acceptable. I should be informed about it not constantly call to find out where it is.

Next time i will think twice about ordering online.

Poor service
It's been months since I brought my laptop here to be fixed. The staff is continually giving me confusing explanations, and the worse thing is that as a student, I am required to use this laptop, which I am unable to do. I am even considering of filling a lawsuit and I have no idea of what's happening with my laptop and I need to use it. Incredible connections customer service is very TERRIBLE. To whon it may concern, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Poor Customer Service
I would like to draw your attention to the poor customer service at the Grove branch in Pretoria. I bought a laptop from the Grove branch on 02-09-2020.

My complaint is that:

· When a laptop is booked for repair, they do not follow their internal process. The extended warranty took them three weeks to obtain, so the laptop could be sent to the supplier.

· When the laptop returned from the repairs, it was damaged. Really solve one problem and create another?

· I called the call center twice and was told someone would call me, but this never happened

· The branch manager is useless, he does not understand how to deal with customers. He is cold as ice and has zero professionalism (BEE candidate). All he is interested in meeting sales targets for the month.

· Their customer service center is a big wall protecting their stores' poor customer service since they don't play their part

· My understanding of escalation is one must get a call from the above to explain what’s really happening which has never happened.

· I am informed that they are replacing the laptop with a new one, which is being sourced from other locations, and will arrive on Monday. The call is coming from me, not them. In another chapter of lies, they delayed sending the laptop. What is the manager's role in a situation like this?

This response is unfair, and I have decided to ask for my money back instead of fighting with incompetent people

The branch didn't take long to call me and tell me when to come and get my money. I wonder whether the laptop was there, to begin with? People, stay away from incredible connections laptops

Pathetic service
In mid December 2021 I sent my computer in for repair as the key board had frozen. This unit was under guarantee at this time. I have since sent numerous emails and made lots of phone calls regarding the repair...it is now 18 March and as yet have not received any response or the whereabouts of my computer.. 3 months later and still waiting.. this is absolutely atrocious service.. if one can call it service at all. The local manager in the George branch does not even have the decency to respond to my emails. Utter ridiculously and I cation anyone buying from incredible George to think twice. Rubbish business

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
I Placed an order with Incredible connection on the 19 of Jan 2022.
I received my items I drips and draps, with very poor communication delivery status, even on the online system.

From 3rd of Feb had to following up continually with the call center and I even logged a formal complaint (# ********) as the online system was not reflecting the status of my order and all my items were not delivered.
I had received the incorrect item in my delivery the week before.
The Richards bay branch then contacted me on the 5th of Feb – they were packing my order and expediting delivery due to the delay.
Yet again I received the incorrect items.

I have been liaising with the inline team-Matsoele, Kelumetse since then.
A Whole month has passed and I have not received my order!

On the 23rd – I was advised that the units are being sent directly from the supplier after I followed up with the online team and they required my available, of which I did respond.

Today is the 9th of March and I sent a follow up email yesterday to the online team to advise me accordingly, till now I have not received any feedback!

This is extremely POOR service!
There is no customer care at all!
It really painful dealing with you guys, no feedback , no interest what soever.
This was my first time ordering from you guys, and NEVER again will I want to go through this !

Faulty cell phone
purchased a cell phone at incredible connections canal walk and a few days after having the phone I noticed the settings option was not opening it kept kicking me out I then took the phone back and spoke to a nice technician who then checked the phone and said he would stop it for a other one which he did we then took the new one and on our way home opened it up and my husband then told me look this is a new phone but it has scratches on the bottom which I told him I hope we not going to have issues as we left the store already he then told me two days later that the second phone was also doing the same thing with the settings not opening we then went back again and the second technician told us the software needs an update which he reset the phone first to get the settings to work and then updated software which he told me the phone would work fine now then two days later same thing settings not working once again, we then went back and spoke to the sales guy who then called the Manager Riyaaz I explained to him what happened he did not take any note of me did not speak to me and just took the phone and went to the back after a while of waiting I told the sales guy to check what's taking to long as the manager Riyaaz did not say anything I am disgusted at his way of dealing with customers and his unprofessionalism attitude where he just walked away and told his staff his busy with another customer he wont be coming back out again this guys way of dealing with people is a disgrace to this company all we wanted was for the settings function to work but this guys was on about oh we must have dropped the phone what a waste of my time will never buy there again

Complaints
I saw your 2 neons 10 inch tablets online,so I need it asap, so was going to get it from Clearwater yesterday but thank heaven I called in first and was advised by Thulani that there was no stock and he'd had no idea when they would get stock.He also said non of the branches had stock Besides that the staff were so roudy in the back I could barely hear him on the call.
If I order online it will take 3- 5 days to get it right??? I get absolutely mad when things are advertised and no stock is available!!!

Bad Service
I was at the Fourways mall branch and lady who does contracts was very rude after waiting for long hours And After l went to her at 17:50 and told her l wanted check something quickly and l am coming she said to me she doesn't care what l do whether l stand there or go... When she is done with the customer she was assisting the shop is closing so she can't assist me after being there for 4 hours, what a waste of my time... I really did not like her attitude it stinks

PATHETIC Customer Service
If I could give -5 stars i would. I had never had such bad service experience as at Incredible Connections Paarl mall. I visited the branch on Wednesday 24 Nov 2021 and completed all necessary documents to apply for a contract and a labtop worth R14 999. The consultant, Lyle said that they could not complete the application because the manager was not available to assist. Arrangements were made that they would submit the application the following day (Thursday,25 Nov) and would then contact me to come in for the final vetting. I haven't heard from them the entire Thursday and also nothing on Friday (today). I tried phoning the branch numerous times with no answer. I took off early from my work (today) to went all the way back to the branch. The consultant,Lyle,first told me that he did phone me. I told him that I have been waiting for 2 days and did not get a call from anyone and I also couldnt reach them on the landline for the last two days. Lyle said that they didn't answer their phones because they were too "busy" (there were not even 1 customer in the shop at that time 16:45). I then asked Lyle if we could just finish the vetting to finalise everything. Lyle's response was " Unfortunately we cant assist now because the manager was yet again not available and maybe tomorrow "!!!!!
This service is PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WAISTED all my time on Wednesday to come in and complete qll the forms. They did not even bother to contact me the following day, as promised and still was not able (or willing) to assist me futher.. The consultant, Lyle doesn't have no experience to deliver customer service.
Incredible Connections Paarl mall have THE WORST customer service. I will make this complaint on all socail platforms known. There are way more other suppliers that sell labtops and electronics than to ever go back to Incredible Connections again!!!! PATHETIC!!!
