SANDTON CITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LAPTOP BAGS DEPARTMENT OWNER

On The 22 February 2021, between (11h30 till 12h00) went to the store to check out laptop bag.
One caught my eye since it was showing that it’s on sale from R899 TO R499. Price points on it clearly show that and it was two bags available there.
One of the sales expect came to assist and he saw what I saw then we got to the till , then the bag scanned at R899.
The teller asked for authorization and also asked the sales expect who was assisting me to fetch the price point that stated that the bag is R499,
He got to the department and got the department owner and they took long as they were Arguing about the price.
The department owner came into my direction by the till and just said “NO THIS IS NOT 499 THE 499 BAG IS THIS ONE” and he walked away.

I then spoke to the sales expect that was helping me that I got this bag under that price point and there were two and he then said lemme go to speak to my manager.
I waited then he came back and said they said they can’t reduce the price since the bag is not on sale.

“ AS A CUSTOMER AM WELL WITHIN MY RIGHT TO GET AN ITEM AT THE PRICE THAT WAS SHOWN AT THE STORE” HE WAS RUDE.....

I didn’t wanna argue with anyone in that store since the service I got was not pleasant at all, but well I still need that bag to be sold to me at a price that I saw.
