PATHETIC SERVICE
Took my epson printer for repairs under warranty on the 25th July 2021 and to date 14th August 2021 still not repaired.. The repair team and General staff promise to call back and follow up but never do.. Having spent alot of money in that particular branch I will never ever support them again... Infact I will be buying a new printer from your opposition on Monday 16th August if I don't get the customer support I deserve by that time.. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGUSTING PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS AND MOST CRAP BRANCH IN YOUR ENTIRE GROUP.

Layby refund
I did a laybye some time ago and I paid R4000 deposit. Unfortunately a lot happened and I couldn't keep up with the payments. I went to the shop in July to request a refund, they told me to bring an original receipt and documents and my bank statement. Today I went back to the shop with all the required documents including the receipt and when I arrived there they told me that they won't refund me because the laybye has already expired and I won't receive any money. Honestly I find this hard to accept, R4000 is a lot of money to lose especially since I still have all the documents. How is this possible? Is there anyone else who can assist me please because I'm not prepared to lose so much money. I know I made a mistake by not taking out the laybuy but R4000 is also a lot of money to lose.

Explain to me how is it that if I buy Bitdefender total security in the shop I pay R599 and if I buy online the price drop to R269 how can a item be more than double the price in the store it is F#$$% crazy.

Complaint with regards to service at N1 city branch
We enquired about purchasing a printer and asked to pay with Highfi Corp card. It was said that we could not. After consulting with Canon rep and was told we could...our details could not be found. A call was logged with IT and after 2 days no resolve. I have lost 2 days of business due to this very poor service. I would like to be contacted as this is unacceptable. Customer service is important and I cannot deliver a service to my clients.

Avoid incredible connection
I would absolutely NOT recommend incredible DISconnection.

We bought a new laptop with1 year guarantee, 6 months later started giving problems, brought it to the Vaal branch, waited 3 months, came back still faulty, went back for repairs, took another month and you wont believe, came back exactly the same.

The stores wonderful response??
it must be sent to the supplier again for repairs, you will be without a laptop for minimum of 15 working days but it might take longer.

The branch manager Matsemela will not even call customer care. His words were " here's there number call them yourselves ".

In the meantime you lose income due to no working laptop.

Been waiting 4 days for Regional manager to call back as were promised by customer care. You won't believe, no call yet.

This company has the worst after sales care I've ever experienced.

pathetic service
I got approved for revolving credit about two weeks ago. on collection of my card the verification was denied (why i do not know) this was last week Saturday, i was told that they will have IT sort it out. a week later of frustrating calls and false promises with no call backs i still do not have a card. not even management could assist. do i now have to re apply and mess up my ITC for this. honestly really pathetic service.

False advertising contacted consumer law to place awareness
False advertising. Advertises stock and never have them. Will report this. Sales stores do not answer phones. Very bad company if you try to by. The also say online but on the other hand no stock. So how can you buy but no stock .

Incredibly Poor Stay Away
Got quote for R58k worth of computers and asked the branch manager if they can supply A4 size Tax invoice. Three days later no reply, had to call again, just to be told that "with due respect sir did I do the qoute". If R58k as the branch manager does not evoke some sort of customer service and going the extra mile, God help the poor customer. After reading so many poor reviews with no action, rude employees, poor service, I will take my money to a company that values their customers.

Bad bad service!!!!! IC ferndale on republic
The worse store ever! Customer service is void! For such a new shopping mall one would think that they would need sales, wether it is cash or Credit. The biometric system keep malfunctioning. After 3 days and a total of about 6 hours, the contract was done. Today is the 3rd day we are hearing that JD HQ has not yet done their side of the paper work. At the same time i was told that the person whom helped us, is on her day off tomorrow but we should not "fret" as someone will eventually phone us as soon as it is sorted. I informed this Lady, that if my son does not get clarification by tomorrow (friday), he will come in and cancel the deals as Game will give him a better service.

Laptop repair
My laptop went in for repairs more than 3months ago. It was diagnosed incorrectly and still at the N1city branch as repair company does not want to take accountibilty. I work online n due to delay in repair of laptop I am now unemployed. I need my laptop repaired or replaced ASAP!!! Contact person at N1city branch is Naasif.

Was your resolved? I'm asking because I'm facing the same problem. Mine is irreparable but they want to replace it with an inferior spec unit.

I have the same issue , however they do not want to want to replace my laptop instead want to fix it twice within a month of being repaired.
