Terrible Service from your canal walk and no ownership
I bought a brand new laptop from incredible connection in canal walk which has been faulty since I bought it. I phoned the store about the laptop issue and I was advised that the faulty laptop can be taken to an alternative store closer to me. I took their advice and went to Tablebay mall, where I was advised that the laptop is fine after it was tested. I was told that the laptop should operate better if I removed one of the installed viruses. There were a few other reasons too such as windows 10 software causing the issue etc.... I knew there was a fault with the laptop because it was slow in starting up , and kept restarting whilst I was working. The mouse cursor doesn’t work sometimes... the camera also doesn’t work, so I can’t do video conferencing. It would also make screeching noises while the screen went blank. Despite being told what to do, I knew there was an issue but was hoping removing the antivirus would solve my issue.I went home removed the antivirus but still had the same issue. The issue with the laptop actually became worse. All within few days of purchasing the laptop . So I go back to the store where I initially purchased the laptop and I’m told to phone a 0800 number .... the store manager said there’s a procedure to follow and they can’t assist me, other than me having to complete a form, and the device will be sent back to the supplier for test. Why cant incredible connection take responsibility for a faulty product but they quick to sell you a product and take your money. I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed by the service I received today, knowing that I have supported incredible connection all these years. No ownership was taken. We asked the manger to speak to a area manager or a their superior and apparently they not available. Why must one beg to receive service ??? What happend to customer service and ensuring your loyal customers stay happy ? The ones that actually support your business receives no support in return. That laptop is suppose to assist me in sustaining my business... it’s my lively hood and helps me to support my family . But I guess that’s not important. Prior to this I’ve spoken to online support and made calls to the store... it’s really very frustrating

Unhappy customer
Please assist in getting my refund of an unauthorized debit order and replacing laptop bought from incredibe connection been running back and forth to store calling your finance department and still no answers or help...
truly disappointing incredibe connection, this treatment of people is what will cause you to lose customers.. word of mouth is also a form of marketing .I wrote on this platform before and still no one cares to follow up

Waiting more then a week for delivery of chairs
I have been waiting for a week for delivery of chairs to Bethlehem shop. No one is corresponding to keep me updated. Yesterday only 5 of the 8 chairs were delivered and no one is doing a follow up until I asked them to do it. This is pathetic since the sales man has told me delivery is 2 to 3 days. I need those chairs by monday.I will cancel the the deal if the rest of the chairs is not delivered by Monday.

Incredible Poor Service - Incredible Connection
Paid money in advance on a product shown as available on-line. Potchefstroom (Canal Walk) branch, after 3 working days, cannot supply from anywhere in the country. Offer alternative colour, when complaining, simply replying "then you should have ordered and pay online, sorry" Not the toll-free nor the Telkom number of Head Office is in use any more = impossible to complain. Accepting alternative colour in iPad result in a week delay as the iPad has to be courier 140 km from JHB to Potchefstroom.
Summary: Anecdotal evidence validated that your customer experience will be a bitter nightmare!!!

Extremely Terrible and disappointing service at Tygervalley branch by Shadley Samuels
I made a lay-by end February for a MacBook, which is expiring 29 August 2020. I called the store and the receptionist looked on the system and confirmed that my item will be there when i come to make a final payment as the lay-by has not expired.
On Saturday, 15 August, we went to pay off and collect the MacBook. When we got to the store, we were told by Shedley Samuels that the item i made a lay-by for is out of Stock, that my lay-by has been sold. He then offered an option of taking another MacBook which cost R4000 more than what i lay-by or take my money...I have never heard of a company that sells stuff that is on lay-by before the expiry of the lay-by. My husband refused both those offers and told him that we want the item that we made a lay-by for. Shedley Samuels also said that they are not obliged to keep an item until the lay-by expires, if someone comes with cash to buy the same item, Incredible connection has a right to sell the item on lay-by even before it expires. We recorded the entire converstion. He eventually promised to look at other branches to see if we can get the item. He doesnt even bother informing of the satus.We followed up on that promise and he informed us that he sent an email to the buyer at Head office who hasnt responded yet, and will get back to us once the buyer responds, whenever that will be, it can be days, weeks or months....This I have never heard of.I will never buy anything from incredible connection again, this is a crook behaviour of a store that doesnt care, nor honor agreement made with clients, just after money....bad bad corrupt service

New Staff member with a rotten attitude
I have been a regular customer of Waterfall Mall Incredible connection for years and I have always received excellent customer treatment. On the 12th August 2020, as I entered with a friend, we did not find a foot sanitizer dispenser at the door but just 2 bottles that we had to handle with our hands. They asked us to use them and we did but we also kindly mentioned to them them they should rather get a foot sanitizer dispenser. Now this slender, tall new guy with dreadlocks decided to tell me(with an attitude) that I must not tell them I must tell head office.

I responded by telling him that he is wearing Incredible Connection uniform which means he is representing the shop/brand to me, so I have every right to tell him about the issue. The guy went on and on about how it has nothing to do with him. I was shocked and decided to let him be...but then my friend decided to humbly and calmly guide him with just a few words, on how to address a customer. The staff member then responds(with whatever attitude) by saying, "it's not my shop". It's not his shop???

My friend now got upset and made sure that he tells him(not so nicely) that his attitude stinks.

All the other staff and the manager were co-operative, professional and understanding. The manager apologised (on his behalf) and promised to address the incident with him later.

They have always had the best and friendliest staff.

I ordered 2 items on 9 July 2020. One item was delivered very quickly but the 2nd item-Kaspersky Internet Security-has not been delivered. The order number is ********. Please assist me.

I want my refund back!!!
I ordered a laptop online on the 30th of March, and I have been requesting a refund from April And I haven’t received my refund... ii have emailed your people to refund me, they ignore my emails, your agents do not answer my calls, they tell me that my order doesn’t reflect on your system and I sent them a proof of payment. I want my money!!! Singaphela yini... when I tried to involve my lawyers, your agents acted as if they would help me and they didn’t do anything at all

Bad service
I laybay a laptop I'm done paying it but still didn't get it its been 3 weeks now... Is it possible to get a refund I really need my laptop I'm a student I have to type my assignments n I'm writing since it's pandemic thing I don't attend classes I only go to campus for practicals... So please I'm begging you guy can I have my money back... I'm so desperate n I'm disappointed n you xeim I'll never ever advance someone to buy your stuff I'll never xeim
