WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FUCKEN SCAMMERS
I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 WEEEKS FOR MY ORDER BUT WAS TOLD I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK FOR THEM TO TRY AND PROCESS IT AGAIN AND SHOULD I CANCEL I WILL HAVE TO WAIT 10 MORE FUCKEN DAYS FOR THE MONEY TO REFLECT ON MY ACCOUNT, EVERY WEEK THERE IS A NEW STORY WITH MORE LIES

I have bought an HP Printer from Incredible Connection Somerset West Mall on 15th July 2020. This HP printer has been taken back to Somerset West Mall Incredible connection 3 times from the beginning I had problems. The last time it was taken to them 10th November and up to 19th December nobody even tried to get in contact with me to let me know what is happening with my Printer. Only when I went back on 19th December did they say it is not fixed yet and they have send it back again. I know that HP if it could not be fixed and since it is still under warranty would have replaced this unit by now. I have file a complaint also with the head office and still there is no results!! I need my money back this is horrible service I am working from home and need a printer!!!

Racist behaviour & extremely bad customer service
My sister bought a laptop cash for R7000.00, she opened it & used it once. Few weeks later she opened again & the screen was faulty. She took it back to Potchefstroom branch but was met with racism & a very rude branch manager as well as the technical guy. I've reported this to head office with reference numbers & to date nothing has been done. Its been almost 4 months & we are still waiting.

Laptop that keeps breaking and no one seems to care
I bought an Asus laptop for my homeschooling daughter in February 2020. In a period of less than 6 months the Ausus laptop started freezing in the middle of my child's classes and exams. As a result she has lost 1 third of her school work. She keeps asking for special exams and even could not write her 3rd term exams. Every time the laptop breaks, I have to take it to Incredible Connection at the Glen Mall. I am received by an unwelcoming David, the laptop doesn't come back before 3 weeks. They will not borrow my daughter so that she doesn't miss her classes. This time around the I returned the laptop because I have had it with it, but David and the manager there told me that the laptop has to go for reviewal by the supplier for 3 weeks. This happens during my daughter's exams and no one seems to be bothered at The Glen Incredible Connection. I have sent numerous emails with no joy to David, Juda, Ngcobo, Lindo, Toufief. All Im getting from these people is further excuses. I don't know what to do anymore. Tomorrow is the last day of exams for my grade 11 daughter, she still doesn't have a laptptop which is a necessity as she uses it for all her school related matters. But no one cares at The Glen Incredibble Connetion.

Bad service
I came to buy a samsung 40" wish is R2399 but the they want to sell it to me as they are keeping it for themselves (workers) in sandton city....they guy is even ignoring me as a paying customer

GOOD SERVICE AT LAST
I've been calling the Newcastle Mall shop seeking for assistance and the guy called Simphiwe kept on tell me he will get back to me in 15 to 20 minutes, every time i call after an hour he would tell me he has not forgotten about me. until i spoke to the lady called Zinhle Mkhwanazi who promised to help me and indeed she kept to her promise, she got back to me just before 6pm which i think was beyond her working hours, and she has assisted me to satisfactory. keep that lady she's professional.

Uncreddible Connection
Morning,

I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience yesterday at Vaal Mall’s incredible connection (worthless connection). I applied as per attached e-mail for a credit application which was provisionally approved on which I had to submit requested information instore on which I tried to but failed miserably due to ignorance unprofessionalism.

I entered the shop at 17:30 just to submit my documentation I was told that it was too late and I replied that I don’t want to purchase something and that I am there just to submit the requested documents, further I stated that according to two websites trading it indicated that they are open till 19:00.

The two ladies of whom I didn’t get their names were both also not wearing their COVID-19 masks correctly………………???

I will advise all friends, family and those in the know not ever to purchase anything at Incredible Stupidity.

I also endeavour to get hold of Mr. Craig Lodge in the mean while this will be posted on Hello Peter and will be sent to the consumer complaints board of South-Africa.

How does Incredible Connection stay in business?
Not so Incredible at all.
We bought a Lenovo laptop online during lockdown. It arrived and kept blue screening. On logging this issue, customer service told me to take it to a store. So much for eCommerce!
The technician at the store was most helpful, and sent the machine away for assessment. A week - ten days later, we got a brand new replacement laptop from the store.
This machine started blue screening once a day after a week, increasing to blue screening every few hours.
I asked for a refund as there is obviously an issue with this batch of Lenovo. Took it back to the store and they sent it away for assessment.
Two weeks later, no news. I have to call the store to ask for updates.
Bottom line: Shocking service, bad eCommerce model. Learn from Takealot. They get how to do eCommerce.

Poor quality of brands in store
I purchased a tablet for my daugter in Clearwatermall . I'm from groblersdal. When I got home I was disappointed with the quality of the tablet. It was not was I saw in store. The picture quality was horrible, the battery doesnt last, after a week or stopped working. I returned the tablet to the menlyn store. The after 14 days becuase I far from the shop. The service I got from the store was beyond pathetic. The manager and the staff were very rude. Extremely rude. I'm not worried about your rude staff but the brand I bought. It's a life tablet. When i saw it in the shop the picture quality was perfect but what I bought was horrible not to mention the battery life. The charger gave me problems from the onset.

Happy and satisfied customer
The way i was so upset with this provider i was never going to use it again,then comes one person who changes that decision Luckas Chauke at wonderboom branch,the previous managers had completely failed to solve my problem for more a year, he came in and fixed my issue within a week, much appreciated
