Shocking Service : I'm sure it stems from the Top!!
Kolonade IC Centurian Branch: Dropped of a Lenovo 2-in-1 that had accidentally been dropped for an insurance "Damage Report" on the 19 June 2020; only through me calling today to follow up what the progress was, and through personal investigation, has it been revealed that Isaac (their technician) had never arrange for DualZone to collect even though his lies included that DualZone were at fault! My first call to Isaac was at 11h00am this morning, and I have made x6 subsequent calls up to and including 14h47 to get to this conclusion.

Laptop
I find you're service useless i have been trying to buy a laptop for the past week i have been to different store but if the system is not down then there is other problems like we can only help you tomorrow etc how the hell do you operate or run a big company like that i know i would've fired people or at least try and give my people proper training

After sales service frightening
I wish I could rate 0 stars
I bought an Epson L5190 a few months ago.
Given me trouble from the start. Phoned the number on the till slip. They said I could bring it back for a refund.
Took it to Nicolway. They refused. Said the call centre gave the wrong info. Emailed the store manager. She did not reply for over a week. Will not provide any email address to escalate. Seems like management have a policy of keeping customers far away from their ivory towers.Perhaps she was not allowed to give out any addresses.
Printer was sent to Epson for repair. Tech called 2 weeks later to say it is ready but no ink. It had plenty colour in it and I returned everything including an un-opened black ink bottle. He said no longer there. I have bought from Incredible for years but they are about to lose a customer.

One of a huge number of unhappy clients.
Oh Dear. I thought I was unique in my frustration with getting a fully paid order delivered. The poor telephone customer care staff. What a difficult job to calm down frustrated customers for a company that does not understand customer service. Piss poor! I think they are going bankrupt and take our cash but then can’t buy stock. Despicable. Nobody replies to any enquiry. I have 3 reference numbers!

Terrible repair service - I had to get another printer to do my work
I purchased a Epson L565 printer from Incredible Connection at East Rand Mall. Couple of months a go I handed it in for repairs, the printer head was replaced. I noticed that the feeding part on the top (feeder tray) was missing (broken off) and took it back. Eventually got the printer back and then noticed that the feeder tray was not for this printer as I could not scan any documents with this. Took it back again and received my printer yesterday. Now I can't make copies or print anything as it is giving me a paper jam error. I am not getting any assistance from East Rand Mall. I also have various whatsup communication with the technician, but he is not responding and is referring me to the repairer. Passing the buck.

False advertisement - Canon camera
I ordered and paid for a camera a week ago. Found out today from customar care consultant they didn't price items correctly. They have some story about a list . . . I am upset. Going to call the newspapers!

SHOCKING NON EXISTENCE OF SERVICE
Online order paid for last week. Told 2-5 working days, it’s now been 7. HO can’t track order, giving every excuse in the book, don’t call back, zero transparency. Want the item that I paid you for.

No delivery
I ordered 2 phones on the 10th of march and only received one can I please get a refund because I cant even track, I don't even know wether it is coming or not!

Incredible connection has the worst service ever

bought a computer online on 12 feb 2020 and todate order has not been created on the system
Upon enquiry I kept being told that the matter will be escalated. No indication of when the stock will be available from the supplier. I am being kept in suspense, no one is able to call the supplier and give me a straight answer. Escalation without any developments are not helping. I am highly disappointed, I should have read the comments before placing my order.

Day 14 is in two days and I doubt if this deadline if my order has notavan been created on the system.

Bad communication and Service
The company of empty promises, lies and staff that don't give a damn. I purchased a computer on 30/01/2020 on line. I received confirmation of my purchase on 30/01/2020 where it clearly states free delivery within 2 to 5 working days. On 5/02/2020 I phoned Incredible Connection to follow up on my delivery only to be informed it has not been dispatched or even marked on their system for dispatched. I then called again and spoke to the following people Sumaya, Nadin, Gontso and finally spoke to Shoba who claimed that she was a manager. Shoba promised to give me feedback needless to say on 6/02/2020 still no feedback. I even sent emails requesting feedback and still nothing. In the interim, I also placed orders with Loots and Takelot both orders have been received. This service is unacceptable no wonder so many companies are closing down and retrenching people. Incredible Connection has demonstrated a total lack of care when it comes to customers. I will definitely not be buying from them again. Unprofessional liers employed at Incredible Connections
