I purchased Sealy Queen bed (Fairdale)at Ok polokwane next to PnP on 21/09/2019 at about 12h33,the bed was about R7999 but reduced to R5999 due markdown,So my problem is the bed that was delivered at Home as I was not there is different from the one that I saw when I made purchase at the store!#THE COLOUR N THE WEIGHT ARE NOT THE SAME!,The one that they delivered is SILVER GREY N IT'S LIGHT IN WEIGHT N WRITTEN BAMBOO ON TOP,And the one I purchased was Light Gold in colour n was also heavy in weight and on top it written ALOE VERRA. So I don't like that bed they delivered I hate it,I need to know what caused the problem!!... Sealy or Ok Furniture/wrong dispatch?? WHO IS WRONG?...

Bad srvice

I would like to complain about the bad service I got in Mitchells Plain Branch yesterday from the sales guy and manager. I bought a fridge and bed last week Thursday paid cash, I arranged that will fetch my staff with my own transport Monday that was yesterday. Got a call saturday around 1pm reminding about my staff, I told that guy that phoned I will only be able to pick up my staff Monday as I am at work. Monday went to the store with a driver that I paid R400 to pick my stuff up, I was told that they dont hve any stock at the store and they cant do otherwise and they wont give me the demo's as it belongs to another customer, my question was what am I, we got to an argument with the lady manager and she told me that its she is not responsible for an error made by the salesman. So I told the salesman I am not living the shop until I got my staff goes in my understanding when you buy something and u will come pick up later, your name is supporse to be on it he raised his voice and I also started to shout at him at one moment he wanted to raise his hand at me. I phone my sister to tell her the situation cuz I was moving to a new place yesterday, we both I tries to contact heax office to no vail until today. I eventually got hold of the regional managers number and we phoned him he promised that I will get my staff yesterday, he phoned me back saying he only managed to get a fridge from Adderly street Cape Town, my question was to him the fridge in not a need what about the need which is a bed, he said these no stock in the whole of Western Cape he will talk to my sister and come back to me, till today I am waiting him to phone back I dont have a bed to sleep.

I purchased a cooker hood that was damaged in the box and the installer only showed me when it was installed I wrote 3 e mails with no reply .There is no customer service as i left my cell no. as well

Ok furniture Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain
Five months ago I bought a top of the range fridge and paid cash. Within this five months I have already returned the fridge twice. On my third attempt I have decided to take my money back and purchase from another company. To my surprise the store manager told me I cannot be refunded until their store gets in the amount from customer payments which could take a while. I asked her to ensure my money is paid back into my bank account as I purchased the fridge with my debit card and she said it cannot be done they have to pay me in cash...what crap is that. The store manager even have the audacity to ask me to wait until black Friday I might get a better fridge. I'm saying this loud and clear, I don't even want to make the mistake again to purchase anything from ok furniture. Their customer service sucks, their sales ppl never follow up with their customers, the customers always have to call in. The Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain branch will never see me again...terrible service I will never forget. And they need to relook at that staff and store...the store is not conducive and customer friendly and all that staff including the manager need to be trained about customer service and etiquette.

I bought a Telefunken flat screen tv at ok furniture in 2017 at evaton mall. And it started giving me problem,i took it back to the store as soon as it started and they took it for repairs told me that they will contact me as soon as it's been fixed. I never received a call from them till i decided to call them myself about a mont later and when i called they told me it has returned i can come collect it. When i got there the tv screen was damaged. They told me to leave it they will again call me witch they never did and i called again a few weeks later. Again they told me to come and collect. When i got there they told me the tv didn't come it was at the nearby mall it will come the following day. When i got there the following day there was still no tv. They told me it got collected from the mall and naw it was at the warehouse and it will be in the store on Monday. Its been a month and weeks now without my tv. The service you guys are giving in not good we are customers we deserve better.

Poor service
I am so crossed with OK Furniture. I laybyed a Queen bed in East London on the 2nd September and on the 15 October i paid all the money and left with R100 which i will pay on collection and I told them on the 28th i will come and fetch my bed. Now on the 25th i received a call telling me to come on Monday the 28. on the 28th i phoned telling them in coming to fetch they said no they dont have it in store. I must wait for a Truck from Queenstown/ King Williams Town. today I phoned they still saying the same story. what must i do, tomorrow I am moving from where I stay and will have to leave this bed here. where am I gonna sleep on. I will go all out and expose this treatment. I don't deserve this.

Unfixed washing machine
I bought a washing machine in June 2019 when I was using it in September 2019, still having guarantee,the spinner wasn't working properly I took the matching bank to the shop at Ulundi OK, they took the details and told me to return back with the stove and said they will bring the defy team within a week to look into the problem at my place of stay I shouldn't leave the machine at the shop then I went back home and been waiting for the defy team but up to today has not got any call from the defy team nor from OK furniture retailer, but he promised me that there won't be any mistakes he will be the one to ensure that the defy team come to my house and he will keep calling them. So now what should I do? OK is my shop I buy all my furniture at OK and this is my first incidence ever since I've worked with ok all my furniture are in satisfaction state and this is my third washing machine, I've never had a problem with all my other washing machines nor fridges ect.

Very very bad service
I've bought a new washing machine from ok and it broke took it back as it is under warranty they fix it and it broke again now this happened 3 times already so I decided to exchange it for a more expensive one got by the shop and they said there's no stock at the moment but they were advertising it they made me understand as soon as they get stock they will call me it's almost 2 months now and finally this week they got stock came to collect my machine and they told me that's customers stuff I must collect mine from the warehouse isn't it there job to ensure that my order was there with the others

Almost the same encounter like the one I had, it’s been a full two months now since I bought couches on a cash price of R20 000,asked for a replacement within 2weeks n even now ????,telling me to change and get another design...bulshit.This happened at Jubilee mall in Hammanskraal

Spoke to Bafana at OK furniture in Sontonga mall, he advised that the DSTV connector was R150 and when it was time to pay they said I must pay R300 because there manager was not there to do an override for them and I will collect my refund the following day. When I requested for my refund, they told me in cannot get it, as I had understood them incorrectly.
