I applied for a job at 1 of ok furnitures stores in the Eastern cape atound umtata;did everything from fingerptints to interview,never got any phonecall or anything until i called the store and the answer i recieved from the manager is that the post has been is no longer there,no further explanation,can i apply again?

Does OK sell display products to customers without letting them know? And why should I pay a normal price like a customer who got a brand new fridge. My display fridge is not even working properly, the bulb inside is not working and they refuse to exchanged it because I switched it and and off. How else was I going to know its not working. I am not satisfied with this fridge at all.
I bought a base set at ok Louis trchardt on 14/12/******** for my child two weeks later I realized that the mattress is sagging n the base worn out. My wife reported the dissatisfaction I also visited the store manager called Peggy she promised to respond by email and days are passing without response I end reminders and nothing happens i have informed the manager that if she doesn’t replace the base set i am returning the base set and demand refund still no response. I m asking your intervention from this rude n incompetent store manager who cannot resolve my disatisfaction or at least update me on the progress she even refused to give me the complaint reference number only to I will be called and no one is calling
