Bad service ever
I had a very disgusting service at OK Phumulani Mall where they didn't want me to use my Discovery Card to purchase at the store. I was told to withdraw money and pay cash. They even took my ID copy and forced to sign as if im a thief

Waiting 1 week now for approval.
Communication sucks
Im permenantly employed with education department. Persal nr on payslip
and 3 months bankstatements and they still doubt me.

horrible service
im so disappointed in the type of service of got. since i always purchase my products at this store. i normally buy cash but when i tried to buy on account it got declined. they cant even come back to me and ask how much deposit im willing to pay nothing. they just declined and not interested at all. they didn't even call me to explain the declined reasons . which i also feels its bad service because i provided them with extra income but still. i believe a customer must always be put first but ok furniture didn't go the extra mile to assist me.

TELEFUNKEN TABLET
We bought a tablet at the Carletonville branch that is advertised for R989.00 and left the store...we tried to start the tablet but it did not work. Went back to the store to tell them it was broken in which the salesperson replied yes he knew it was not working as somebody else returned it and showed me the marks on the side of the phone. He wanted me to go to the other branch at Gateway mall in which I replied it is not my duty so he went there and came back with another phone. Now I gave the present to my son and again the new one is not working either..... How do I get my money back because obviously this is not a good buy!!!

POOR customer service !!!
Customer service , non existing!!!!
Staff take your document and go into a room , a office and does not tell you what is happening !
when I go in after 10 min to tell them that I would like to Change the purchase item.
I was told that I can not go in
After a 10 min more . I told them that they do not need to continue with the application

As a customer I was not informed as to that they are doing behind closed doors with my ID and payslips
this is not a good practice , as when my " application" was taken it was done at a table on the sales floor

If the process was made clear as to what is happening, if would have been better.
But just to be told that I can not go in , is completely un expectable
I could under stand if they was busy with banking or some practice that had a security Rick
but this was not the case
And no explanation was given, even after I went out , no one even made the effort to phone me
so clearly your company does not need or want turnover !!and is just willing to lose customers

I will make sure that all my family and friends Know about this incident, and will Not support your company

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've bought a tv stand and a coffee table from OK in BLUE DOWNS Cape Town then i noticed that the glasses of the coffee table are broken so they took them back,the manager promised that the new glasses will be delivered to my house the next day, that was end of May but untill now i'm still waiting for the glasses.I went to the shop several times to fetch the glasses but every time when i'm there they tell me that the glasses will be delivered to my house the next day,i'm tired of waiting now and i've paid the full amount for the product so it seems like they don't care now

POOR delivery services!!
I bought a fridge a month ago in Queenstown to be dilivered in Bloemfontein it has not been dilivered. I was told to wait for two weeks but its been three now ,I call to check up on it they always say they'll get back to me but never do. I am a student and I am very much struggling without a fridge. This is really poor service !

Pallet coffee table and TV stand
What absolute dissapointment in the purchase. On delivery missing a draw not assembled properly at all draws don't fit big gap at base and so on this is after spending over 16000 at OK middleburg
And after delivery of the lounge suite one of the cushions were torn

Dissapointed and unhappy
They sold me a tv with a default tv stand now the tv stand broke and the tv fell and the screen is damaged.
Now they refused to exchange.

Is it my fault that they sold me a tv tv stand that wasn't strong??

Ok fridge
They deserve a 0 rating. I recently bought a fridge at OK furniture in Pretoria and they delivered a fridge that was on display whereas I never said I want a display. The bulb inside is not working and the fridge looks old and used. I complained to the sales rep and he tells me because I switched it on I can't return it or get a refund. How else was I going to know the bulb is not working if I hadn't switched it on? And I immediately switched it off when I noticed its not working properly. I never really used it. I am not satisfied with this fridge that a bought with my hard earned cash. OK furniture is the worst furniture store and I will never ever buy from them again.

I am Miss. B. Vermeulen. I am staying in Namibia, Otjiwarongo for 14 and a 1/2 years now. I moved here July 2003 and is still currently living here. I am staying at my current address since November 2013. I am buying from Ok furniture since 2008 up to now, 2017. I am a golden client, because I have never in this period skip a payment or payed less then I should have, I pay mostly always more then my installment amount. BUT STILL AFTER I PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT AND APPLY TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE, I AM TREATED LIKE A FIRST TIME OR UNTRUSTWORTHY CLIENT. Arround April somewhere I finished paying my Cellphone at OK Furniture. July 2017, I bought furniture like a TV, bed and stove, without a deposit, because I proved myself to be an golden client. November 2017, I came into money and paid off the account of 15 000.00 in cash. Yesterday, 16/12/2017, I applied for an new account at OK Furniture they send me to the dirty slow working populated police station to make a deccleration for proof of address and I must pay a deposit, I never paid a deposit anymore. AFTER ALL OF THESE YEARS PROVING THAT I AM A TRUSTWORTHY GOLDEN PAYING CLIENT, WITHOUT LOOKING AT MY RECORD THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, I AM TREATED LIKE unknown new client.

highly dissipointes
my husband baught n lounge suit cash in tge 02.12.12017. we have been waiting eversince for the delivery. he were in the store 3 times already and everytime there is a problem. i understand its thia time off the year and i never complain but this is so unexceptable. we paid R17000.00 cash and this is the service we get.

sold out stock but still on display
i was very disappointed to buy a TV a was told i have to bring a TV licence, same day i came back with my licence to be told the TV was out of stock , ive been told ill get the TV in two day , but ive been there more than five times and its been 14 days now , my TV is still not the on stock and the worse part it is still the on display and thy are selling without prior notice to the customer that the TV is not available imminently instead thy will be playing around telling u about licences IDs and all that , now im from the and i was told the Tv is still not available and there is nothing thy can help me about

Poor customer service
Bought goods on black friday in nelspruit at ok furniture told to come everything around 3pm . when i went back thats when disaster started. Nobody was attending to us we were just queuing with no one serving us. It was really bad. Also was told the decorder and phone tgat i bought had run out of stock and will get it later. The funny part your employees were printing delivery reports for their friends if i can say because the furniture was being taken out of the store room in large. I dont think i will ever do business again black friday or not

GOOD DAY,I WORK FOR THE OK FOOD FRANCHISE,OK FURNITURE MUST BE THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!I RECENTLY PURCHASED A LOUNGE SUIT AND A DINING ROOM DIVIDER(NOVEMBER 2016) FROM THE KG MALL BRANCH IN WITBANK.THE LOUNGE SUIT CAME WITH THE SPRING ON ONE COUCH BROKEN AND THE FABRICK IS CUT OPEN ON THE SIDE.UPON BRINGING IT TO THE SALESMAN ATTENTION,HE ,SIBUSO SAID THAT THER WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO THEN I MUST WAIT FOR JANUARY 2017 COS THE FACTORY IS BUSY.IN JANUARY I SENT MY BROTHER TO THE STORE COS I WAS AT WORK, AND THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP HIM AND I MUST COME IN AGAIN TO COMPLAIN.HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES NOW AND I EVEN SENT MY FIANCE TO TRY AND HELP ME SORT OUT MY ISSUE COS THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME,AND ITS NOW MARCH 2017.IF I COULD SLAP THE STAFF OF OK FURNITURE INCLUDING THE LADY MANAGER OF THE STORE FOR TREATING ME AND MY FIANCE AS IF WE MEAN NOTHING TO THE STORE.SHE AND HER STAFF HAVE NO ETHICS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.SHE SWORE AT ME AND EMBARRASSED MY FIANCE IN FRONT OF ALL HER STAFF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE.THEY ALL JUST STARTED SCREAMING AND SHOUTING THAT IS WAS NOT MY STORE AND I SHOULD GET OUT BEFORE THEY HIT ME.THE GUY SIFISO OR SISBUSISO EVEN CAME RUNNING BEHIND ME TO FIGHT.IF THE STAFF AND MANAGER CANNOT GET DICIPLINED FOR UNRULY BEHAVIOUR AND GIVE A WRITTEN APPOLOGY IN PERSON,I DO HAVE FOOTAGE OF THE INCIDENT AND I WLL OPEN A CASE OF UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE TOWARD OK FURNITURE FRANCHISE,I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT SEEM TO BE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED STORE.

I went to ok botshabelo to pay my account and the lady there told me that they dnt take payments for an account that was not opened in their store.I mean I opened the account in polokwane, isn't it that I can pay about acc at any ok store.the nxt thing they'll be calling me as if I dnt wanna pay them.I'm waiting let them call me.

At ok furniture in newcastle, harding street, all the staff sit together and watch tv at the back of the store,theres nobody to service clients,i had been there on 2 occasions now where i experienced exactly the same situation,the security at the door has a dont care attitude....wheres management and customer service????

Poor service received at the brand new kosi bay branch. Items marked on sale price and when paying get told not on special anymore. Manager says that the sales lady must refund out of her own pocket. Go pick up item at the unmarked depo and there is no one there. This is unsatisfactory!

I am an unhappy customer, i reside in Burgersfort , i purchased a fridge on the 24th of November 2016, at burbersfort Tubatse Mall Branch and i told the staff in the shop that i was going to fetch THE FRIDGE later during the day, and by the time i went to collect it , i was told that the fridges were outof stock, AND THAT I WOULD GET MY FRIDGE THE FOLLOWING DAY, this i was promised by a guy by the name of Bruno, i following day i phoned and was told the fridges were still outof stock and that i would receive it by Sunday the 27th of November 2016,
up until today i still do not have my fridge, can i kindly have my fridge ASAP or HAVE CUTESY ONE , since this is a very big inconvenient , and i do not owe anything i paid the total amount.

Ons het n gastehuis in Colesberg en het n stofsuier by die OK tak hier gaan koop. Die sisteem was blykbaar af, kassiere het gese ons kan met kaart betaal en net more die strokie kom kry. Net so voor 4 die middag toe kontak iemand ons en soek ons bankkaart besonderhede oor die foon. Toe ons dit nie wil gee nie is ons baie sleg behandel en is daar vir ons gese dat OK die saak by die polisie gaan aangee, ons het dan die stofsuier gesteel.
Ek verstaan glad nie hoe hulle by dit uitkom nie, aangesien ons dit met die kaart betaal het.
Ons is baie ontevrede en soek asb n verduideliking. Aangesien ons baie daar koop.

Hoop om spoedig van jul te hoor.

The service received from Ok furniture is what you'd expect from a fly by night business. First ive received Damaged goods and now they refuse to give my money back , What the hell is that and what makes matters worse is that I paid cash for this goods. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OK EVER AGAIN , NOT EVEN A RUG!!!!

30 October 2014 I submitted my Amplifier and DVD at OK Kraaifontein Branch for repairs as I bought extended warranty when I bought the items, I was told that the repair process takes 21 Days, when they brought the items back immediately they gave me the same problems. i was told to take them back to OK Kraaifontein, i did that immediately. Today its 21/01/2015 and I still do not have my items back. I contacted the head office, wrote a complaint and I was also issued with a reference number 004399-01, no body knows what and I am not being given any direction
