Bad smell
I send kids to buy chicken licken on the 1st January 2022 around18:16 on shift no 1 Muofhe the teller order no 2292 it had a bad smell and not tasting good . It was off because the sme was so bad. I called and they couldnt even apologies instead they say i must return the meat .i so dissappointed . Their superior is customer service oriented . I will never even buy there and my collegues chicken licken Hillbrow

Bad treatment
Good day,

I wasn't treated well at chicken liken the one at Tswelopele yesterday the 20 December,

I got to the store at the door there was a covid19 office compliance, she offered a sanitizer which I refused to do it, I asked the lady why would you want to sanitize me if you are not wearing a mask the lady started shouting and told me am not allowed to enter the store if I don't sanitize which is correct, I was with my girlfriend, I then asked my girlfriend to go in and order she was also not allowed to enter the store, then comes the store manager by the name Thabo he was very very rude he told all the cashiers not to serve us, after I have agreed to be sanitized and I had my mask on, I called him outside I spoke to both of them with the lady at the door, I told them what if I am from your head office or I have been sent as a mystery shopper, manager replied very rude and said I don't care to hell with your head office,

I was really disappointed if a manager can react like that, I will not allow someone to sanitize me if they don't follow covid19 protocols it's pointless for me to be checked by someone who is not complying,

As for manager he has not qualities of being a manager, unless if that's how they're being trained.

I have drove a long way to get something for my girlfriend who was craving for your meat we then went to KFC and we had to eat something that we didn't want.

Small chicken pieces.
We bought family full house 8pc with fries and 12 wings from Jabulani mall via Uber eats. The chicken was super small and it was almost the same size as the chicken wing which were extremely small. Are we being taken advantage of because we can't see or check our food at the store? We received such poor service and there's no way to reach the store whereas Uber eats also doesn't do much for us at that point.

Poor Food Quality and Customer service at Chicken Licken Boyseens
I would like to lodge a complaint. I placed an order online on the 11th of December 2021using the Mr Delivery App order DFD******** for a Rock my soul 3. My order arrived on time and the driver was very friendly big ups to him. However my disappointment was the rock my soul I ate my fries they were fine however when I got to the meat as I ate 1 piece I realized it was not rock my soul as there is a difference between rock my soul and the normal chicken licken pieces and it is full of salt hard to even proceed with the meal. H'w. What makes me upset is called the store where I ordered so I can tell the manager about this and ask for the right order or my refund and of course for them to send a driver to fetch this one because honestly no one can eat such. Again to my disappointment I called twice and no one answered the phone, how appalling is this and what kind of customer service is this? I even lodged a complaint on their site till this day on the 14th of December 2021 no one has bothered even calling me or sending an email . I want my refund I am unimpressed with this kind of service as I am a regular customer and a valid explanation to this.

RUDE ENCOUNTER ON PHONE ORDERING
On the 3rd of December, I made a call at Chicken Licken Vaal Mall at approximately 12:32, the lady on the phone was very rude when taking my order and even refused to give me her name when I asked who I was talking to. I explained to her that she is very rude and her response was “ you’re the one who wants the food so place your order and do not bother me”. I plead with you to please find out who was operating the phone at that time and call her to order as she might be doing this to a lot of customers and this could be a result of bad business reputation. She must learn to leave her problems at home and learn proper customer service.

Horrible service
I had ordered 2 feed my cravings meals and a bottle of soul fire sauce from Durban Malvern Chicken Licken .I had only received my 2 meals with no bottle of sauce when I phoned the manager at Malvern Chicken licken she was of no use as she hadn't checked If the order was packaged correctly which is unacceptable because I had already paid for the soul fire sauce and all she said was that I should make a complaint. Having been a manager at a previous Restaurant I know this response is unacceptable and the customer should find satisfaction when speaking to manager. The meal was also horrible as the chips weren't fresh. Chicken licken in Malvern provides pathetic service and I'm a very dissatisfied customer and will not support this Chicken licken branch again !

Poor customer service potchsroom chicken licken
The was no electricity and we couldn't pay anything with fries that we understood but Eunice from that store was so rude to explain that to us she end up banging the board and the manager came and just stood there without even asking that's the noise for. Eunice was so rude I don't think I will ever go bck to that store ever again they don't have name badges when I asked for her name she reply by saying she's Anna only got the name when I asked her colleague they don't even have sanitizer at the door.

ATTITUDE
Bad service at Chicken Licken DieBult in Potchefstroom serviced by Shift 1 and cashier Zelda Mano. They not wearing masks and as I was enquiring if they can charge for me instead of saying "it's not allowed" they said that there's no plug whist I could see it and they all started to scream at me,their attitude was just sick and uncalled for.

Disappointed
I bought hot rock my soul 3 at workshop chicken licken. All 3 pieces were not hot as I had ordered also the 2 pieces are too small for my liking, I can’t even tell they from which part of the chicken. One mistake I made was not to check my food before I left the restaurant, I only saw at home.

Chicken Licken Mall of the North: Disrespectful!
The Chicken Licken branch at Mall of the North is the worst. If they're not cooking our food with hand sanitizer's in them, they're giving the worst service ever. See I'm a very quiet and shy person, yet i yelled at an employee of theirs for the first time today. It was so bad i felt like jumping over the counter. She had just gotten out of an argument with another customer, and decided to take it out on me. She refused to give me my order while it was right in front of me. When i called on to another employee next to her, they also refused and said that they're short staffed. They were both laughing at me for being impatient, i could see they were so used to treating customers this way, disrespectful. So while they were violently shoving meat into boxes i had to wait 20minutes for an order that was already ready to go. They ignored me when i called out, so i finally took of my mask and yelled. When they realized they were wrong about my order not being ready, they didn't even bother apologizing.
