Im so so disappointed in chicken licken vanderbjil park,this is the second time im buying soul fire sauce but when i get home its not packed with my food but i paid for it, this is robbery.

HI I WAS IN CHICKEN LICKEN SHOP IN MALL OF AFRICA JUST NOW.THE CHICKEN WAS OLD AND IT WAS COLD.I DID NOT ENJOY MY MEAL.PLS FIND MY ATTACHED INVOICE.
CAN SOMETHING CAN BE DONE IN THIS REGARD.

I got to Randfontein chicken licken and I was told the was no original chicken but when the next customer come they were told the is an original peace so I don't know or was I bieng judged by the way I was coz I was helped by a white lady I'm really not happy about her treatment towards me

The branch is hopeless.. The speed points do not work properly and you wait about 20 minutes to get the order. The staff is very casual and never explains why it takes so long!

I was so disappointed I bought 6 piece soul fire for take away when I got home it was too oily and had after taste and it was too salty not normal salt that we are used to at Chicken Licken of Mega city

Hi there I was in eastrand value this evening to buy three rock my soul so I had my spinach I kindly ask the who was helping at collection to kindly give me a spoon and surely they don't sell spinach and the lady said she can't help me because of I didn't buy something that needs a spoon it's really said to buy something as a customer but when you ask for a favor then it's declined I'm no happy with the lady called Lebo and I believe you can't loose a customer just because of a lousy spoon so you must teach your stuff to ask a manager on this kind of issues

I’m so disappointed problem it’s not the first time getting old cold meat from ontdekkers road. Today I went back spoke to the manager and he didn’t exchange the chicken only warm up the same.

Zeerust chicken licken, may you please remove those Pakistan or what nation is that working there as Cashiers, they are very rude towards customers. I bought two boxes of Feed my cravings wings and asked for tomato sauce, they refused and started making noise, exchanged words in a very unpleasant manner, i had to ask for my money back. Those men are all rude, i fail to understand why is it only them working as cashiers?

I bought 2 big john burgers yesterday from chicken liken at signet terrace lenasia and it was dry with no sauce or pickles. I took it home me and my wife never enjoyed it as it was too dry.I would never recommend this branch to anyone. So dissapointing

I ordered lunch meal of 2 piece, toast and soulslaw, My toast was very very dry I could not eat it. It is actually bread crumps, you could see the bread was made long time ago and left uncovered and just because I ordered online they used an opportunity to give me crap. I will never recommend Chicken licken Rivonia to anyone.
