Good day i went to chicken licken at birch acres mall and thier product was very bad dry and tiny i ddnt enjoy my meal at all and when i tryd to chose my own pieces i was told i cant because its protocol so i was fost to purchase pieces that i had to throu away!!

Bought Rock my Soul 6 along with Sundae Lick, Slyders from Fourways Mall CL and found Wings only. Is it now supposed to be standard practise that we should double check orders before we leave outlets and no longer have faith and trust in their flawless customer service???. Let not drop the ball guys seriously, competition is stiff out there.

I purchased 2x hot wings party 16, from the Oxford Street East london branch. When I arrived at home, I found that 4 pieces were missing from 1 of the boxes. The chicken was dry and the wings were extremely small.
I am very disappointed and actually disgusted for that matter.
Chicken Licken is also very overpriced and is a rip-off.
I have tried phoning numerous time and there hasn’t been any response.
These are the reasons why businesses cannot last in East London.

I baught 6 pieces rock my soul and a large causlaw to day at viks viking, when i get home i found that instead of 6 puece they put 5 pieces and the causlaw was not well done they ddnt greate it properly ot was too dry i couldn't eat it.

I bought family full house +12 wings and extra chips when igot home,I had my family full with extra chips and a dry burger instead of wings iwas pised and disappointed if she was not sure about the order she should hv opened and checked it instead of giving wrong things. I could not even go back it was already late am very much angry

On the 18th of August I had the most frustratingly weird experience at Chicken Licken Welkom, in the Free State. After "refusing" to use the store's hand sanitizer for reasons given to both the cashier and her manager I was told that I would not be serviced.

What I found funny about this experience is the patronising explanation by the manager who introduced himself as "Isaac".

The whole story began when I showed Isaac and his subordinate my "SandeX" pocket hand sanitizer, which clearly stated all the germ fighting ingredients including the "required" 70% alcohol clearly visible on the bottle.

According to Isaac, his Chicken Licken head office told him to use his discretion when it comes to "not so clear" government's covid regulations. He said that the government requires their stores to sanitise all their customers, but didn't say anything about customers who carries their own sanitizers, therefore with his head office's instruction, he is allowed to use his discretion by disqualifying my personal hand sanitizer.

Needless to say that my efforts to reason with Isaac by telling him that businesses use different ingredients on the product (effective or not), therefore reasons for one to carry a personal sanitizer ranged from skin allergies, cross-infection to smell intolerance, all proved futile.

I asked him if he can prove the ineffectiveness of my hand sanitizer, obviously he couldn't, therefore his final conclusion was to refuse me the service...

I drove more than 20 minutes to the store because for some reason my sick mother proffered the store over the closer one. The most frustrating part was for me to drive back without what I was looking for. I would really like to have some kind of clarity as to how does Chicken Licken's hand sanitizer differs from everybody else's, especially since all other businesses and public premises have been accepting the practice of customers who carries own sanitizers and actually commending it.

Im very dissapointed wth chicken licken in isipingo near pick and win they gave me short pieces around 19h10 incident took place 18/08/2021 when i get home i realised the pieces were shot when i return they gave me those shot pieces bt i believe that they should have compensated me with atleast 1 piece more because i grove all the way back for the mistake that was made by their employees but the manager on duty refuse im very angry and dissapointed as a chicken lickin loyal customer your managers are useless.

I have been bustling with the case of the type of hot wings served to us customers. How come the hot wings are half a wing or a piece of a wing yet you are charged dor 10 wings ,where only 5 wings qualify as wings as the rest are pieces of a wing. This is so frustrating as we are robbed in broad daylight. Please fix this as it is not within the required standard of food from Chicken licken.

I walked into Adderley str Chicken licken Phelisa Moagha is the cashier.
I felt like a burger meal and chicken for my wife and i but the service i got from this woman completely too my appetite away shes does not greet not informative rude and uprupt this woman does not belong in front line service she will chase all your customers away with her bad manners. I left the store unhappy and not willing to buy anything from such a person. But came back to get her name and she left me standing there at the counter for another 5-7mins with out acknowledging me. I made a purchase just to get her details and let you know that this is what you leave your business too.
Me and my family will not be supporting chicken licken from this point onwards

I'm actually very disappointed as this is not the first time I'm buying chicken that I could not eat because it was very dry as if it has been sitting for days before it was sold, last week my partner bought 2x lunch meals and extra 2 pieces at Dobsonville road house and we could not eat it. We just had 1 piece each and had to throw away the rest. Yesterday I ordered 2x hot wings meal from Mr D foods and it was even worse, the wings were dry and tasteless, they were not even hot ( spicy) it was as if I was eating biltong. I have attached pics
