really really poor service.... food was cold and the staff is rude, they slam the window in your face , i wont support chicken licken ever again..

Purchased chicken licken from orange farm mall yesterday the chicken was burnt and I would also think old...it was like biltong

Shows on there website they close at 9 get there at 8:30 they are closing!

I've just bought R147.80 worth of Chicken Licken for supper and it was the worst chicken I've yet tasted. Took a bite off every piece to find one that I could actually eat with no luck. It tasted as though it was marinated in salt and chilli powder only. No care was put into the making of this "meal" and I have to admit my disappointment at this purchase.
Needless to say, I will not be donating money to Chicken Licken anymore as I had to dispose of my salt and chilli powder experience.

I had a very bad experience today at The Bridge in Johannesburg.

Good day and I'm busie from Alberton.i ordered a rock my soul6 on Saturday so that I can enjoy my dinner when I get home.Little did I know it was everything else but nice.I swear on my poor soul it was fired either the night before or two nights before,it wasn't fresh,it was old and tasteless.i lost my 70 rand cause I had to throw it away.i spoke to one if the guys there and he said I'm talking rubbish and that I should have brought it back.It was not the first time something like this had happened and all the time I lose my money cause if ignorant people that do not have customer service....i am planning take this further if my money is not refunded back or me getting exactly what I had paid for.Im at Bp voortrekker in Alberton.Thank you
