Chicken licken in the Phoenix plaza needs to up their game.The chicken is way too salty and unappetizing. It's such a waste of money. From being my favorite to my least favorite. Kfc hot wings is definitely a better option right now.

Smallest and worst tasting wings ever and the customer care line and website dont work... unfortunately i bought 24 wings, i should have known when thdy came in a box that normally holds a feed my craving...wings seemed like they where from the day before.

I would like to thank Julia, for her excellent service which I received yesterday morning at Southgate Mall, her service is topnotch, always happy to serve customers and she's always smiling and very friendly towards the customers. With her hard work and determination, I believe she's an asset and she adds value to the business.

I wish her well in her future endeavours and to continue serving the customers to her best ability, she brings the best service to the clients. She will take this company to greater heights. Employee's like her don't come around more often.

I’m really not happy about your Witkoppen branch. I ordered prior to delivery and requested that my order is ready by 1 for me to collect but then I got delayed by 40 minutes and it seems to them everything was normal and perfectly fine. If a place is not able to operate with time it’s really useless. The service I got is very pathetic and I doubt I’ll ever get food from that branch.

I'm so dissapointed and disgusted by the services i always get at Roodepoort. The staff is very rude and they sell us rotten chicken or its either the meat from days before.I stopped buying from Roodepoort since August 2022 due to the dissapoiments i always get.Today I had the worst experince , i ordered 12 wings and was given 11. On top of that the wings had a spoilt smell, very horrible .I plan to report this to the department of health because you people don't do quality checks on ur food.

Iam very dissapointed i bought chicken licken a family feast coz we had load shadding, today at Carnival Mall at 17:41, receipt or oder number 1172, cashier Nthabiseng, the chicken i spent R281.00 when i got home we couldnt eat, its over salted way too much, my kids were very the angry i had throw away,went Macdonalds.very dissapointing i dont think i will ever buy chicken licken again for my family,my R280 went was wasted.and the chicken appearance wasnt appetising at all

The food was cold, chicken was so hard and we bought the food now because it's loadshedding and we at work,most horrible food ever from Chicken Licken®, Ontdekkers Florida park so disappointed

Bought chicken licken in Johannesburg opposite calton center in the morning they gave me yesterday chicken it was very back and hard,I took it back but the manager was in a very bad mood , still took the food but didn't give my money instead she was shouting in front of the customers

We bought chicken licken 12 wings and sousiter 4 at Sunnyside on the 31st Dec 2022, all of them were too salty. We only had 1 piece and couldn’t finish our wings

I got bad service from chicken licken Welkom. I stood in the line for about 3 to 4 minutes of which I did not mind coz I could see it was busy my problem is the presenter was busy chatting with her friend who was behind me and the nerve of her to call her to the front took her Oder prepare it while am still at the line..and even when I was explaining to the manager she was just smiling like she did nothing wrong..

Recently I bought meat from midway mews as I just started working that side and thought since I love chicken licken then I was happy if was around me. Just a weeks back I got cold and super dry meat. I thought I will tell them but time didn't allow and yesterday I went again back but was too tired and wanted food and jooo this time around maybe because of my uniform they disrespect me, it's like they put it aside for people like us but at the same time we take the little money we get to choose to enjoy with chicken licken and also expect the same taste like when I am not in a uniform. Some while ago I was going to builders warehouse and I passed chicken licken I bought and on my way back with a beautiful smile I got from the teller saying joooo this food is even cold let me go change it for you And she gave me fresh meat so today I guess the meat they give to people they respect it is different from the ones they don't respect. I am very much disappointed because I take my time and petrol and money to go to chicken licken.

Please dont buy party 16 from any where they do the same...

I'm a regular customer at Gateway branch.I bought 12 pieces of wings and when I got home I was shocked. The pieces were so small and couldn't drive back to the store and show them. If you are hungry and craving for wings you would not expect such. You pay for something that is not up to standard. These are the things you need to look at when selling to customers because this is bad and it was not the 1st time

Chicken licken Croydon Edenvale, I just brought 12 wings, the wings are black and smelling...not the golden colour. This is redculious, it not my 1st experience this. The 1st time I gave them a chance and not complain...but no guys I really can't afford to spend my money on rotten chicken. So disappointed ????

Went to buy at CHICKEN LICKEN LIBERTY MIDLANDS MALL,when asking about the small pieces I got..she said they don't get to choose the chickens before they are brought to them. She said this Infront of her staff Nd customers.I didn't get her name right.

•Why chicken licken use such ugly thing to advertised Chicken?
•You should have use something delicious to do your ad.

Good day yesterday ordered from westgate branch at about 5pm told will take 15 min also said will call us when ready did not call us also placed order for take away after eating 1st order 30 min later to pick up 2nd order told not ready order no ******** order no ******** same stuff was given to client but we were told machine got stuck and waited another 15 min what kind of service is this im am disappointed. I told them nonsense when I piced up the order please I need a reply apparently you a have a habit of not repying to complaints?
