PATHETIC SERVICE
Took my epson printer for repairs under warranty on the 25th July 2021 and to date 14th August 2021 still not repaired.. The repair team and General staff promise to call back and follow up but never do.. Having spent alot of money in that particular branch I will never ever support them again... Infact I will be buying a new printer from your opposition on Monday 16th August if I don't get the customer support I deserve by that time.. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGUSTING PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS AND MOST CRAP BRANCH IN YOUR ENTIRE GROUP.

Hi I just wanted to ask, did you manage to get it back and how because for me it's been 5 months and nothing has happened.

I made alot of noise and never took no for an answer also remember they have a head office make use of it
