I visited chicken lickin in the reef the service is very poor I made a order then I was served shortage of items then(manager) I was told drive again and order whos going pay for time I drive around again and fuel this is very unacceptable after all the waiting in the car I have to do it twice (26/04/21)

Look! I enjoy everything about Chicken Licken except for the packaging for your EXTRA sauce *screaming* …cant you change the packaging to an actual bottle and a proper lid? I always have to cut this bottle in half and pour it in a much user friendly container. Its a beautiful sauce but I always have to put in a Worcester sauce bottle - I hope I'm not the only going through this...
The thing is when I do my groceries I always ensure that I get about 25 bottles of your extra sauce - monthly ….the nightmare is when I have to change the bottles /packaging to a much user friendly bottle.
I hope you attend to this soonest, am loosing my patient *frustrated*

IT WAS 1.15 PM TODAY AND YOUR STAFF HAVE GONE ON LUNCH , LEAVING ONE CASHEIR TO TAKE ORDERS , THE LINE HAD +- 10 PEOPLE WAITING IN THE QUEUE ,
THE ONE CASHIER WAS FURTHER PROCESSING ORDERS FOR UBER EAT AND MR D, WHILE WE STOOD IN YOUR STORE,

ME AND MANY OTHERS HAVE LEFT YOUR STORE AND WILL NO GO BACK DUE TO BAD SERVICE ,

I bought 4 piece of chicken yesterday at Roodekop(phumula) and it was half done guys I can do a better job myself no more shame and wings I dont know why you say its hot wings when there is no chilli at all imagine after such a long wait I get so disappointed.

Please assist, I ordered two feeding my craving via uber eats online, didn't know that they debited on my card and I had cash on me, so I paid cash now I WANT MY REFUND BACK!!! bought my food at chicken licken Hillbrow today!

I just bought me a soul sister 3 at Central house, and I swear this guy's have just destroyed my love for kentucky, the outer part of the chicken was crazy dry, very chewy......I thought to myself "maybe I'll get over it" but then I get to the second piece , just as I bit the piece , liquid spews over my face, I open the piece o half and its not even fully cooked... how do you over fry something but it is still even not cooked.... Yall bored my Sunday out xem

I bought hot wings feed my cravings,soul sister 3,en slider meal for my 3years old daughter,slider bun was very dry even breaking my child couldn't even get it,i am very dissapointed.Chicken licken klerksdorp.I always buy my meal there,en this is the second time now,last time it was the wings very dry i didnt complain because i gave them to my dog.

almost 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru que, on the 05/01/2021, there was no one responding on the speaker box.
When I got to the window the stupid lady that was inside the just closed the window without giving any explanation..
Today I came to the store and spoke to Jane (store manager).

One thing you guys need to remember is that, you aren't doing us a favour by serving us when we come to the store.

I ordered 12 wings at Piet Retief and this is the nonsense I get, these wings are very small and look and taste of like they were microwaved. This is not acceptable last time I ordered they gave me old buns that had mold on them. What a “KAK” service!
