As covid-19 numbers are increasing in our country I'm so disappointed to see Germiston Golden walk chicken licken staff not wearing their masks...they are serving us while masks are under their chins. There is no sanitization, no social distancing between customers.

i work for Nedbank LTD, me my team buy team lunches at Chicken Licken every Friday (Gateway, umhlanga next to Game store). today i was assisted by cashier Siphesihle Mlambo (if i remember her name correctly) she was extremely rude, i asked het to tell me the types of wings meal they have and she said they don't have any. she shouted at me in front of all customers...i then looked at the screen and chose one from there because she was not willing to help or talk to me. i do not understand how such a person can be place in the front line to deal with customers with such disgusting attitude. i don't think we will ever buy from Chicken licken again.

The Double Chicken Boerie Burger was tasteless and unappetising.
I would never have another Chicken Licken burger ever.
I loved the Stumo's special burger and that was the most delicious sandwich/burger l ever had.

I was so disappointed after purchasing Chicken Licken from Quaga Centrum in Pretoria. Only when I got home I noticed the small pieces that is overcooked on the outside (oily though skin) and dry on the inside. It was too far from my home to return it. It was inedible, not even my pedigree dogs wanted to eat the dry chicken meat. What a waste of money. I will never buy from that branch again. Not to mention the overcrowding of staff members behind the counter. Keeping in mind we are in Level 3 of SA logdown. The staff were unfriendly and took a long time to service a few customers. If I was the franchise CEO I will close that branch with immediate effect. I attached a photo of the biggest pieces that was looking the most edible. I placed my keys next to the chicken to reflect size.

am not happy with the service i ordered 10 wings with uber eats and they are all raw,all of them its just blood,and now i cant even lay a complain because theit number is engaged.

Hi I have now complained 3 times regarding the size of the chicken Licken wings, Have you seen the size of the wings, it’s like the size of their salt packet.If you order 24 wings they put a few bigger ones at the top and under they put all these small ones.It is a disgrace. At first I was upset with the people of the store but then I realized that the HO supply them these inferior size of wing, the buyer must be aware of this and this helps his gross margins if he is buying by weight. What a way to rip off the public!!!

Hi,my name is Bash and a regular customer of Chicken Licken and thats why i know how my chicken should be,passing through
Randfontein i decided to buy some chicken..i bought six pieces and headed home to lenasia.When my family excited as usual for Chicken Licken sat down for supper we were totally dissapointed, all the chicken hardly had any of the famous Chicken Licken coating on it thus making it like ordinary chicken but tasted disgustingly...really spoilt our supper and had to throw the chicken away.very very dissapointed for the first time.I hope you look into it and give the staff more training to do it the right way all the time.Sorry to have mentioned it but as a Chicken Licken fan i thought it is important.

I bought chicken liken from Braamfontein branch yesterday 14/05/2019, they gave me the wrong order, as I stay in benoni on the east rand and only got home in the evening I could not return it. My order number was 2156, I ordered 2 lunch meals 2 thighs and 1 drum stick, and the other order was a wings meal both with coleslaw. I paid R211.00 I think, when I got home they were all wing meals, I did not receive the lunch meals as ordered, the wings were hard and horrible.

on the 21st of April i bought a meal at Chicken iicken OR Tambo airport it was R134.70 time 11.07 , the rude cashier then told me it was declined so i paid cash , the amount the went through my bank account and i showed them the rude manager the told me that it will be reversed but i never got reversed please i want my money back chicken licken and i have a slip to show i paid cash and a bank statement to show the money went out of my account and never got reversed.

I went to chicken licken in Adderley to order my supper and to my surprise i found their atchaar to be terrible and my chicken and chips was served cold. Absolute appalling service from chicken licken.
