Trading hours on website - false advertising
The trading hours of Clicks Cavendish stated that they close at 7pm on a Thursday,so I got there at 6pm on Thursday ,rushed after work just to find out that they close at 6pm. Not at 7pm. They told me that they close at 6pm after the lockdown times but we've been on level 1 for more than a month now and the trading hours on the website still remains the same 7pm up until 6pm on the 25th March 2021 that I showed them at the store. I really needed my prescription but if that is the way clicks handle their customers and give their service im going somewhere else.

A salute to Taryn at Metlife plaza clicks port elizabeth
Goodday. I just want to give Taryn at Clicks Metlife plaza Kabega park Port Elizabeth a salute because she is very helpfull when it comes to my immune depressants for my kidney transfer. She always walks the extra mile to help me. I really appresiate it. Thanks Taryn.

The service at clicks "The Glen Mall" is disgusting
A gentleman who was working on the 20-03-21 at the pharmacy section was really rude and mean after the customer had asked him for assistance.His replies to the customer just showed that he was not interested in assisting the lady at all...People should not go to work if they feel their job is not good enough for them.we as customers ask for assistance because at times we don't a lot about the medication given to us...the gentleman's name is Rhudzani

Clicks rechargeable toothbrush dilemma.
I need to replace a brokenbrush head for a clicks rechargeable toothbrush . P. L. U. Code: ********. I have been to a couple of branches and staff have phoned other branches. They do not have spare “heads” - only the whole new package at R249.99. If this range has been discontinued, how can they continue to sell them if no replacement brushes are available???! Appreciate staff help- but frustrated. Help please.

Frustrated by the online service and the customer service
I made an online purchase in April of 2020, money was deducted from my account but after few days when I tried tracking my order, the I noticed I had no order. I called the clicks helpline for a query and asked to get my refund back. I was asked to submit proof of payment of which i did. But still today, February 2021 no refund has been made. I've lost count of the calls and emails I've made. And every time i call i get a different excuse. Clicks refuses to take my query serious.

Bad stacking practice
Clicks in Witbank at Highveld Mall has so many things stacked on the floor near the tills that you can't get past people without brushing against them. Then at the door they advertise safe social distancing. IT IS Impossible in that store.

Clicks Makhado Crossing
Yesterday, I went to clicks Makhado Crossing looking for ensure for my mom. I would love to complement the guy who works at your health isle. I actually didn't know which ensure should I take for my mom, but my dietician had advised me to buy the nutrivigo one. The guy approached me, and and actually explain to me the difference between the normal and nutrivigo one. He is well informed about the products he is selling.

I cant even begin to explain! All I can say is that I am disgusted and very very hurt!!
I walked into the bluehills clicks urgently needing to get a pump for my son. A lady by the name of mandisa langa (i think )was the most rudest! I didnt have a medical aid on me however had all the details. She lied and said she cannot find the Information on the system and I could see she did cz she asked me security questions and I answered all.of them. I told her every single month I enter either a dischem or clicks and give them the information and I get help she kept asking me for unnecessary information. Right next to me there was a couple being assisted by Ndumiso they also did not have a medical aid however Ndumiso asked for the details and assisted them and they were helped and left where as I came way before them ans I needed just a pump! Not even a prescription. I then asked Ndumiso to assist after trying to get attention from Mandisa who kept ignoring me cz she moved to help.other customers that have been waiting cz she was asking me for unnecessary information. Ndumiso assists me without needing the medical aid card. I gave him the exact information I gave to mandisa and he assist me in less than 5mins. Now I have been inside clicks for more that 30 mins speaking seeking for help cz my son needs the pump I left him home very sick. I became very emotional and started crying cz I couldn't understand why she could not assist me. I asked for the manager I was hysterical and I asked the manager why could mandisa not help me ? I couldn't understand why is it that I couldn't get assisted Is it because of the way I was dressed or looked? Mandisa was not even sorry and started to lie and in saying I sore at her when she was caught out on her lies that she couldn't pick up the details. I asked for a formal apology the manager called me that same day. I requested that I need a formal apology for what I went through no customer should leave their house only to be treated in such a manner. I left clicks crying and very very hurt and heartbroken. Mandisa calls me after two days of the incident and I could hear she was not sincere at all. I told her I am not going to accept such an apology and I want clicks to give me a formal apology or else I am taking it up! She then hung up and I never heard from her again this happend on Thursday today is Tuesday. Still no word ?? I cannot allow this to happen to another customer and I will not allow this not to be handled after the way I was treated and embarrassed was disgusting. I really need this matter to be taken seriously and I want to know what actions will be taken against Mandisa because I did not deserve to be treated in that manner. I'm.still very much hurt and disgusted at the way I was treated I even told my colleagues about my experience. The manger says she even wanted to hug me cz she saw that inwas very very hurt. But because of covid she couldn't I don't even ever want to go back to that clicks !!! PLEASE KINDLY GET BACK TO ME !

Social distsncing Clicks RAGE!!
Prices do not correspond with the product on shelf ! Buy 3 get cheepest free does not exist - Ballito Junctuon - staff have the urgent need the pack shelving a foot away from you - other staff have the dire need to stand and chitchat to packer ! I do not want covid from your staff members !! The covid law is not only for consumers ! Please educate your staff with immediate effect !

Just wanted to take this opportunity to commend the manager , Lungile and the staff at the CLICKS store at the MALL OF THE SOUTH.

They are extremely helpful and go out of the call of duty to assist me all the time. This is not once off. This amazing customer service is every single time I go to the store. I stopped going to the other stores, that's how impressed I am

The best store with the Best staff.
