I made an online purchase in April of 2020, money was deducted from my account but after few days when I tried tracking my order, the I noticed I had no order. I called the clicks helpline for a query and asked to get my refund back. I was asked to submit proof of payment of which i did. But still today, February 2021 no refund has been made. I've lost count of the calls and emails I've made. And every time i call i get a different excuse. Clicks refuses to take my query serious.
