Online order missing for one month
Good day

I am so disappointed and frustrated by Clicks online. I made an online order for collection at a Clicks store. After a few days on the 22nd of July, I got an sms and email saying my order was now in store and ready for collection. On the Saturday (24 July) i went to collect but was told my parcel had not yet been delivered and should try on monday. I went back on Wednesday (28 July) still no parcel and Thursday (29 July) again nothing. But i keep getting smss reminding me to collect yet there is nothing to collect. Why offer services when you cant deliver? I have sent several emails trying to find out what is happening and have received one response saying my matter has been escalated. But nothing has been done, today is 11 August and i have not received my order. This is totally unacceptable, frustrating and disappointing. I have sent emails and I am told matter has been sent to online team and they should be in contact with me in 3 business days but 2 weeks later I am still waiting.

Can someone please kindly acknowledge my situation and process a refund. I dont not want the order anymore. I just want my money back.

This is the last time i ll ever buy from clicks, i know that my not buying from clicks ever again wont make a difference to Clicks but this no way to treat loyal customers. I have tried to be patient and understanding but this is really out of hand, nearly a month later and i still dont have my parcel and no one cares, no one is making an effort to engage with me and find my order. Absolutely no customer care. I am totally disgusted by your treatment.

Vaccination Confusion and lack of covid protocols at Kensington Clicks Dbn north
The past two days 21-22July were the most frustrating but also extremely terrifying for me and am sure many others.Contacting this branch and getting information with regards to vaccination process at first seemed comforting,however what transpired when actually arriving (day 1)at the store was totally unacceptable. As expected one would arrive early well ahead of the store opening,in order to get into the queue.once staff from clicks arrived,customers were provided with conflicting sets of information from various staff.At this point in time social distancing was not even in place and staff from Clicks made absolutely no attempt to ensure all protocols were in place.None the less forms were issued to those of us that came to do a booking for the next day.Day 2..confusion again..No social distancing, in fact customers demanded this and the response was 'all of you are are adults' well so much for following an instruction by govt that the responsibility is that of the business to ensure covid protocols . Further,pensioners awaiting vaccinations were not treated as they ought to in respect of priority as well as comfort.

Worst service ever
I have never in my life recieved the worst service from dispensary with the RP laughing and smiling in the background when one of the pharmacist assistance insulted me and gave me attitude. And he wanted to give me the wrong medication after I verified with a qualified pharmacist if his opinion was correct! Hate this place

Incompetent managers at Brooklyn shopping mall
I bought 3 for 2 promotional Zinplex products but they refused to subtract the cheapest item coz apparently its a gift combo but it was not stated in the promotional leaflet that it excludes gift packs. Train your managers they don't even understand basic customer service

Sms service for chronic medication
The sms service for collection of chronic medication discontinued at Clicks Vangate Mall. I now have to stand in line , at times for an hour. This is unacceptable as i have several chronic illnesses. Please resolve this issue. N. Abrahams

Patient details incorrect
For years I have asked for my card details to be corrected and have been told it cannot be done.
I have no other family members on this card and yet my daughter's name comes up on my scripts. She has lived in the U.K. for 10 years!

Payment made but no Order Confirmation!!!!
I placed an order online this morning and the funds were deducted from my account. It shows on my banking profile as well as the sms notification I received!!!! There is no order confirmation from Clicks and the items are still appearing in my cart. I sent you an email with the proof of payment and expect to receive my order or a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disaster cash back / points
For the past 7 months I've spend alot at Click. My card got lost and the store reopend a new card for me. Evertime I get to the store and enquire the cash back or points in my card they just tell that there is nothing on the card, so they called Clicks customer service. The lady assisted me at customer service said she resolved the issue regards regards the cash back / points and that it will reflect on my card and instore after 1 week. 2 Weeks after spoken to customer service I when to a clicks store just to get disappointed again and ti hear again " No, ma'am, the is no cash back / points on your card"

I've downloaded the app and then the app told me to spend anothe R250 before I qualified to receive cash back/ points

I've written a review on HELLO PETER with NO RESPONSE, this confirms how serious you take your customers and how much you VALUE your customers.

I'm am super disappointed, and will rather support another retailer store that I know I get value and service for my money

Confused data capture system
On a few occasions the wrong profile was brought up then I am told I must get another script, which is not true, again this morning.
