I went to buy medication with my sister's medical aid, I was helped by this rude dispenser his name was Qhawe Teyise at the Flagstaff branch. He kept on going about why take expensive medication with someone's medical. There was one medication the medical couldn't cover, he told me and I told him to include it I'll pay cash, he went like "unemali nhe" (you have money!). He gave me a form to sign and said "sign mother of 5". I literally have never felt so degraded, he made so many degrading comments which I obviously cannot pinpoint all because I have to be brief

I went to clicks cradle stone to purchase pampers for my daughter and I wanted to use my card tht has money through points and the lady SUZAN told me she cannot help me as I have to call head office if I want to use the card since I ddnt have the card wth me then I decided to download the app and loaded the card details on the app and another till operator opted to help me and it went through SUZAN was extemely rude and ddnt want to assist me she just brushed me off by telling me I must call head office first

How, in this day and age, can Clicks close during loadshedding. Having a pharmacy, you form part of an essential service. Your Robertson branch is closed every time loadshedding occurs. Shocking. No more Clicks pharmacy for me. I will support the smaller pharmacies.

Wanted to buy family medication and your staff at Clicks Hatfield plaza Pretoria harrassed me it's very acceptable so if I don't wear a suit and tie I don't fit to be your customer?

Never in my life did I think I would experience racial discrimination at Clicks. I was standing in line behind four other people waiting to head up to the counter for over the counter medicine. There's a machine where you need to collect a ticket for service but there was a sign stating it was out of order. The four people in front of me in line didn't have tickets either. All of them were serviced, all of them were tended to. When it was my turn, after the lady in the black and white jersey, once I got to the counter, being white, I was told by the black pharmacist on duty (24/04/2022) that we will not help me because I need a ticket. I explained the system has a sign stating it is not working and none of the black people in front of me had tickets yet they were helped, he continued to argue and said he won't help me. His words, even after I said I was next in line and there was no ticket call (which there wasn't), was that he can't see who is in line, I must get a ticket. HE JUST SERVICED THEM!!! How is this even allowed!! Discrimination against a white female but blacks are assisted!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! I want this addressed!!

I am extremely disappointed with Clicks service. I went to Clicks Pharmacy in Cosmo City mall on Thursday (last week) with the Aldara Creme prescription, they didn't have it, I asked the lady to phone the one in NorthGate to check if they have, she said she doesn't have their number. I drove to the Cosmo City Shopping centre, they didn't have & the guy told me the supplier doesn't have stock for a very long time.

I decided to drive to NorthGate Dischem, on my halfway there, I saw Clicks at Jackal'creek & decided to check. The lady said they don't have but she can order for me, I waited while she ordered, I was very relieved & super exited when she told me it'll be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) & she'll send me a message on arrival so I can come fetch it. I gave her my number (she insisted that I leave the prescription & she wrote the number at the back of the prescription)
I was soo happy that she came to my rescue & even shared the experience I had with other clicks pharmacies.
I asked her a few times if she's sure it'll be delivered tomorrow, she assured me that all it's fine. She never phoned or smsed on Saturday as promised, I thought to myself maybe there was some delay. Saturday, Sunday, no call, no message, no nothing. Today it's Monday still nothing to atleast explain what's wrong.
Remember she insisted that I leave the prescription & I trusted her. Now, no communication, & I can't even go to any other pharmacy (eg, Dischem) because clicks is keeping my prescription. She could have at least called me to let me know what's happening.
I don't even know what say, very dissapointed. Super dissapointed.

I called the head office complaining about clicks brand diapers,now my son got operated coz of the infection. My reference number is ********,am still waiting for response

The way the guards treat the Indian customers at this branch is pathetic. I was accused of stealing because I had a 3/4 bottle of Oh so heavenly spritz in my bag. They didn't see my Iron tablets and make-up otherwise it would have been a bigger issue. One lady heard the drama and she told me they had locked her up because they found Clicks products in her bag. This is pathetic. I hope they respond before I place it all over social media and the newspaper. I'm not afraid to speak up!

I paid at clicks alberton city and their slip printed but mine didn’t which was fine coz I don’t need a slip, as I walked out the lady shouted to security to stop me because apparently the transaction hasn’t gone through, but it had shown on my phone that it had gone through…. The manager and the 2 staff ladies were absolutely rude, spoke down to me and my husband. We had to phone my bank in clicks and when the bank manager told me it had gone off my account and he then spoke to clicks manager, but clicks manager argued with my bank. Absolutely incompetent…. I will never ever support clicks alberton city again and I’ve lived in alberton for 34 years and always supported them.

Their excuse the system froze and my bank is capitec and their bank is ABSA…..

Please your staff need absolutely more training on how to deal with customers, not to shout at them and talk down to them when they are wrong……and how to deal with the system and reprint slips after the system has frozen. More IT training, it’s too easy an excuse.

It was an absolute horrible experience

I took my son to Clicks Metlife Plaza Port Elizabeth for his first jab and must commend the staff for their patience and efficiency. They are very organized and helpful.
