Bad service
We do business at the Northcliff postnet on a weekly basis . And the manager just dont care. He sits at a computer and never greats . We had a packet delivered this morning. And were never called. I asked why we have not been called they said they did there was no answer. None of the numbers had any calles from them . If the service will not get better from this branch i will have to use social media to state my case

Postbox cannot lock since 30 July 2018 and nothing is being done to fix the lock
Postnet at The Grove does not return phone calls after they've taken your contact details and keep their customers in the "dark".

I've reported the lock that is stuck on the 30th of July 2018 to Chris at the Postnet (The Grove). He promised to have it fix and call me within 24 hours. I haven't received the call as promised and returned to Postnet the following day. Chris told me that he is still waiting for the technician and took my key. Again he promised to give me a call (I am still waiting for that to happen).

Today is 21 August 2018 and still no feedback!!!1

I've tried to phone Chris numerous times but it seems that their phone number according to the internet is not working (maybe incorrect?)

Item not del.to Gonubie on time
Ask Postnet to collect parcel in Nelspruit on Thursday 7/6/2018 overnight next day i can pick up at Gonubie no parcel.
Then promice me i can have it Saturday morninig. no luck.Serive very bad.

Disappointing service
I am greatly disappointed in the service of the postnet Bryanston shopping center.

I went to scan ONE document but it was scanned upside down. I told the gentleman to please redo it because he told me Every time I open it I have to rotate it. Which for me was not going to happen as this document will be attached with others it wouldn’t make sense to make one upside down document.

This man helping went on to tell me that I’m being dramatic for wanting my document the right way around. He put up a fight and made me pay for a service I didn’t get.

Essentially i ended up quarelling with someone because they didn’t care enough to fix the document .
Logically speaking would you accept a cv with upside down attachments ?

I trust something will be done to people that don’t care about their jobs at postnet and how they give a service never mind treating a customer with repect

APPALLING SERVICE
I am utterly disgusted by the service delivery from Postnet at Southdale. The staff show no competence of customer etiquette whatsoever. A staff member was assisting the gentleman I had sent to the store to print wedding invitations. He had queried how much it would cost to print on the heavier duty paper (cardboard feel), the staff member said R8.00 per page, the gentleman agreed and authorized for the invitations to be printed. The staff member then asked Simphiwe another staff member to take over and assist the client whilst he went to help another customer. Simphiwe verified the e-mail he received from the client and began printing the invitations in which he had printed the invitations on normal paper thereafter the client told him that he supposed to print the invitations on the cardboard as he had instructed. Simphiwe then printed the invitations on the correct paper but still charged for the ones he did on the normal paper.

I contacted the store to query why was I charged for their incorrect printing and the staff member who answered the phone (the first staff member that assisted) said that the client did not tell Simphiwe to print on the cardboard.
Firstly the staff member should not have left one client to assist another, secondly had that happened he should have told Simphiwe what the client requested for and thirdly staff members should verify a clients specifications before doing the work.

They refused to give a refund and that is absolute nonsense, we as clients are not liable for the incompetence of an enterprises staff members.

I expect a refund, clients should not have to deal with such appalling service from such a well-known company.

Very bad service
Post net Silver can not even their phone. It seems like they are out of business and then I don't even talk about their head office. Very bad very bad. Will not support post net again.

Postnet AWESOME SERVICE , Morning side innes road/pinetown Knowles, davenport postnet
Been a small business in kzn , I was able to post over 200 parcels in 2017 , never lost a parcel with postnet morning side /postnet pinetown,postnet davenport, excellent customer service, I am satisfied only when my customers receives their parcels, I normally use 2 to 3 working days options for R99 , but some of my clients received their parcels the next day.wow , I have sent parcels to postnets throughout SA, I have great experiences with postnet, They are truly awesome to have as a courier, I still have waybills as proof. Lol, Thanks to postnets, keep up the excellent service, best regards Riven

Inconvenience and poor service
On the 2/12/2017 I went to Postnet Meyersdal to send off documents to Ballito. The 'manager' informed me that I have 2 options,
1. Parcel will leave on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday using express (overnight) and I must pay R185 or
2. Parcel will leave on Monday and be delivered on Wednesday for R99

As this was urgent I took option 1. On the 5/12/2017 approximately at 14h00 I phoned my mother to confirm if they have received the documents, to my surprise it was not even delivered yet at the branch in Ballito. After numerous phone calls and empty promises that were made the parcel was only delivered at 17:15. Who will be driving to the mall at that time????

I feel that I was mislead by the management and staff at Meyersdal. What happend to "CUSTOMER IS KING". These days there are no longer service as everything is just about money..........

Bad reception that I just got from the Manager at Postnet Blue valley, Centurion.

Disappointment.
I recently visited the post net in fairie Glen.
& i was so disappointed in the way the owners treat there employees if this is how the post net family treat the people below them.
I will encourage people not to make use of post net anymore.
I was really disappointed.
