Inconvenience and poor service
On the 2/12/2017 I went to Postnet Meyersdal to send off documents to Ballito. The 'manager' informed me that I have 2 options,
1. Parcel will leave on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday using express (overnight) and I must pay R185 or
2. Parcel will leave on Monday and be delivered on Wednesday for R99

As this was urgent I took option 1. On the 5/12/2017 approximately at 14h00 I phoned my mother to confirm if they have received the documents, to my surprise it was not even delivered yet at the branch in Ballito. After numerous phone calls and empty promises that were made the parcel was only delivered at 17:15. Who will be driving to the mall at that time????

I feel that I was mislead by the management and staff at Meyersdal. What happend to "CUSTOMER IS KING". These days there are no longer service as everything is just about money..........
