Delayed Parcel
I couriered my parcel on the 22 of December 2022. When I ask the employees they always say "still on processing, it will come the next day"...it has been a week of them telling me that now

hi and good day.
on Monday the 6/06 I posted a parcel, weighing 2.4kg according to the scale, containing books/documents. I thought the cost would be R99, as advertised. the assistant then started measuring the box, stating the size is big, I used a box that one buy the 5ltr water in.
the total amount came to R179.almost double as advertised.WHY wasn't this mentioned in your advert.and the invoice state a weight of 8.53kg
this is incorrect
I was served by Bradwin at postnet in Parow center
I a widow felt very disappointed at the charge rate, why arent they transparent in their advert.

Extremely unhappy
I have go to Uitenhage branch and payed for a overnight service to Kimberley and was help by owner and said delivery will be the next day at 10:00. This is 3 days later and now delivery.This cost me more for 24 hour delivery. I tried to contact the owner several times but she is never available and the cashier's just said every time she will phone me back but it never happens.

Pathetic Customer service
All staff are disinterested and not bothered to help you in any way. It’s called a PostNet where you can print but according to your staff member “they aren’t allowed to print on cardboard”. Disappointed. PostNet Atturbury and PostNet Mooikloof, your service is ridiculous.

Not happy client
I'm not a happy client as I posted something from the Reef branch to Westgate on the 2/8/2022 an only today when the receiver advises that they did not receive the parcel date 15/2/2022.. when I called they told me they didn't send a collection message.. this is a very big inconvenience for my business I've lost a very important client with this inconvenience..

bad service no overnight delivery
DO NET EVER USE Post Net FOCHVILLE . You pay for overnight delivery and we are in day 5 and still no parcel. there excuse it is not there fault.
If you make them aware that you pay for overnight delivery you pay for a service that you did not get.

Poor Service
I am a client who is not happy about the services provided between POSTNET at FERNDALE & GOODWOOD. I am still waiting for my parcel for 5 working days, the POSTNET in GOODWOOD is saying the parcel is delivered to the POSTNET in FERNDALE. The POSTNET in FERNDALE is saying they do not have the parcel. I Still do not know where my Parcel is. I am even tracing my parcel with ARAMEX because I do not know where to look for my parcel. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE!! I have attached the waybill if there is anyone who can assist at least.

Lost Package
2 parcels were handed to PostNet in Vincent East London, both headed for Cape Town.
1 of the parcels arrived successfully within the stipulated ETA of 3days, in Brackenfell. the other parcel is said to be in Johannesburg, which was supposed to be delivered to Goodwood. Now how is that possible? no communication (SMSs) has been sent as per norm, but upon enquiry we were told that the parcel is not at the destined address.
Bare in mind, the parcel is marked as Medication, meaning that it is quite important. Now one must be very careful when dealing with peoples goods at all times. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE

incompetence
I did not receive a sms that my parcel has arrived, next thing i get a call from a stranger telling me that they have my parcel, it was given to them by mistake. What if this person had opened my parcel and saw what was inside and took everything out and replaced with other things? What if this person was not honest? I would have lost a lot of money. This is very incompetent and when i spoke to the manager, she says to me "these mistakes happen."

Lost package
Postnet Vaal mall looking at the bad service people are paying for at postnet this says that they are very much aware of everything that's happening and even believe they are the ones stealing our parcels as they are the once who knows what's in the package. A parcel worth R6000 and you told to come and collect R500 compensation for your lost parcel and they expect us to just accept that not going to be possible they must think again. We paid for their services they have to deliver its not a favor what they are doing for us. The ladies there at vaal mall it's even difficult for them to give you their names that says a lot about postnet Vaal mall

I wish I had read this before sending my parcel from Cape Town to JHB on Tuesday, 16th November 2021. PostNet staff stole my parcel and they are faking a hijack and the name of the driver, Thabiso Godrey Lebese never works for PostNet.

People should stop using PostNets, they are thieves!!!!!!!!
