I had use your service from postnet Bloemfontein at 2017 around September to send a parcel to Johannesburg and it's been 3 month I communicated with them via email and eve went to the shop but now they told me I can't have my parcel back as it hase been discarded because the it was never collected at Johannesburg to the sender that I send it to
