Pathetic customer service
I did not recieve my package for over a week so i went in store to check on it . This is Estcourt postnet 3 hellet road 3310. In store i stood for 5 minutes while the 2 employees continued conversation. The guy that served me stated his name is Siyabonga and the lady said her name is Ndo later on. Im not sure if they gave the correct names.So i had not recieved even a greeting when "siyabonga" tells me "wear a mask" as he continued out of the store. When i returned and the guy finally gets me the package, i enquire as to why i havent recieved an sms , and the 2 employees say that they phone people now and proceeded to show me a paper with "voicemail" on it.i did not recieve any voicemail after checking my phone .i asked them how long has my package been in store and they both say they "dont know",the guy and the lady which im guessing was the manager say this to me.They proceeded to speak to the other 2 "customers" in zulu and one of them came up to me and touched my id card and tried to harrass me by asking racial questions.I am a regular customer and the employeees are always rude .Today is the 29th of October and my package was sent on the 10th of October. Pathetic and racist service from employees at estcourt branch!!!

Bad Service
My son's chronic medication got damaged at postnet's care and the answer i got from them is that sorry there's nothing we can do. my son is epileptic and relies heavily on that medication, the staff didn't show any care,only saying that i didn't disclose of what was inside the package which is a lie as i explained to them everything and even asked if they have an overnight service.

Appalling service at Raslouw Postnet (Centurion)
I went to Raslouw Postnet this morning (23 July 2020) to print a PDF from a removal. I had to wait for the 2 assistants to finish their discussion before being allocated a pc to print. After printing, the pc persisted in informing me that the removable stick cannot be removed as it is being used. I closed every document or file that was using it to no avail. I then asked one of the assistants for help, who just told me to remove it without using the safe remove button, to which I objected that sometimes doing that is the cause of many corruptions of disks.
She was very rude and just ordered me to do as she says. Even when asked for her name, she told me that she won't give it to me as she has rights too. Why are they not wearing name tags? Long story short: the manager at the time (Unita?) just reiterated that although there is a chance (high) of disk corruption, I should just remove it without using the safety process. What about POPI Act? Typically, when a disk cannot be ejected safely, somewhere in the LAN someone by be (1) having it open, or (2) copied it, etc. Disgusting!!!!

Terrable Service
Hi The Service at PostNet ParksSquare Umhlanga is beyond terrable, I can't tell you how many times I've been there to print and they can't excuses and excuses all the time come on guys close it if you don't do the services so we know it's not even there.

Bad service
I sent a parcel on 27 Dec from Postnet Stoneridge to Postnet Pinetown, today around 14h15pm I called Pinetown as the receipient has still not received notification that the parcel can be collected.
The attitude I received from your staff member called Nathi has made me consider using alternative courier services.
He told me he has the parcel, and that we customers have a mentality of deleting messages without reading them. I told them I wouldnt be following up if the message was sent, I know for a fact that it was not because the recipient has been enquiring where the medication was. Then he went on to tell me hoe he was the only one working through the December and had thousands of messages to send,without taking any accountability for the mistake.
It could have been a mistake that he didnt send the notification but instead of acknowledging it, he became rude with me. I dont appreciate this kind of service, its completely different from the service I receive at your Stoneridge branch in Greenstone.
Someone needs to take that Nathi for Customer service training immediately before you lose more customers.

Pathetic service and lies by courier service
I am still Waiting for delivery of a small package following delivery to my home in Simons Town from post net Hermanus sent from Hermanus 48 hours. Despite several time agreeing delivery time slots your local courier keeps telling lies promising to deliver to my residence after we agree through your local coordinator two hour slots and my advices that outside the agreed time slots that I will not be present at my resident outside the agreed times as I am employed and have to return to my office. I refer to tracking number PNA ********. Last agreed time slot today was between 12 noon and 2pm. It’s now 3.10 pm and still nothing!!! I have called your call centre at least 12 times today and they keep say annoyingly that the courier will call soon!!!!! He’s very busy they say. Help me !! I cannot even call the delivery driver as none of them have company cell phones so God knows how your call Cantrell contacts them.? On all other courier serivicrs the driver has a phone and I can personally call them to agree actual delivery times and understand how close he is! My blood pressure is dangerously high but getting higher by the hour. Total frustration by the shocking so- call efficient services offer by Post Net. I see lots of other complaints about Post Net courier services and the complete lack of concern for their long suffering clients. Postnet Helderkruin Westways pathetic service
Upon enquiring about a parcel that was sent to the wrong place and still not delivered I was informed by a very rude man named Nico who did not want to disclose his occupation at Postnet. He was rude unhelpful and arrogant and even told me that he will send my next parcel to the UK WRONGLY just to be spiteful. When I told this man not to have an attitude with me he told me he will not help me or give me any further information. I want an apology from this staff member of Postnet and I will inform further about my bad experience as this is not the 1st time I had an issue with this branch. They send parcels to wrong places. They are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Postnet Westways, Roodepoort is shocking!!
I ordered a name badge for my daughter's medical scrubs on 4 Dec 2018. I was told it would take a week.
I have had nothing but slow, untrustworthy service.
I'm still trying to get it but
Posnet Westways has been closed since the 22nd (possibly before) and has still not opened for business.
How do I get what I have already paid for?
Disgusted with Postnet Westways.

complaint re shoddy and useless service
we asked Durbaan North to courier a package to my daughter overnight. we paid the fee on Tuesday for the overnight delivery. Today, Saturday the parcel is still not delivered. Thando from Durban North is too scared to give me the owners details.

Why charge an overnight delivery fees when you cannot deliver even within 3 days.
Post Net Forest Hill tell my daughter it will be delivered yesterday. Today it still has not been delivered.

PostNet menlyn - Waterkloof Glen
I was shocked today and will be re-considering renewing my box with postnet.

Our post and magazine subscriptions are either not arriving and arriving very late so I went to speak to the manager at Postnet in Waterglen about this. I was gain told that the Post Office are on a go slow and there is a backlog. I know there could be a backlog but when I called the postmaster at Menlo Park post office he told me that the Postnet at Waterkloof Glen have not collected any post today.

I then called back the manager at Waterkloof who said that the post may be collected today and Added that they only collect once a week. If this is the case what are we paying for and we could just as well be using a box back at the post office. Please I would like to no if this is Postnet policy as if so it is shocking. I do look forward to a reply.
