I wish I could rate 0 stars
I bought an Epson L5190 a few months ago.
Given me trouble from the start. Phoned the number on the till slip. They said I could bring it back for a refund.
Took it to Nicolway. They refused. Said the call centre gave the wrong info. Emailed the store manager. She did not reply for over a week. Will not provide any email address to escalate. Seems like management have a policy of keeping customers far away from their ivory towers.Perhaps she was not allowed to give out any addresses.
Printer was sent to Epson for repair. Tech called 2 weeks later to say it is ready but no ink. It had plenty colour in it and I returned everything including an un-opened black ink bottle. He said no longer there. I have bought from Incredible for years but they are about to lose a customer.
