Poor service and poor finance admin
Had new battery installed by ADT Hermanus in Aug23. Got the invoice from technician and paid same day via EFT.
Then received SMS informing me i owed them money. Called them and questioned what i owe them for. They promised to send me copy of invoice as i refuse to pay unless i can see what work was done.
Waited - nothing. Next SMS called them again. Then got invoice and it was the one I paid already and I then sent them proof of payment.
Only for them to now tell me - NO the amount for that original invoice has now changed.I need to pay more!
Another few weeks and mails back and forth to Hermanus ADT just ends same (silence and if you get a response it is - that there is a balance outstanding - i need to pay more! Emails to customer care coastal means nothing - no response - ZERO. I told Hermanus they CANNOT deduct the additional amount off my debit order as it is NOT what the original invoice amount was.
I then told them i give notice as I will go to SAFE and gave them 1.5 months notice!
Guess what - as I terminated my contract they just added the additional amount to my last debit order!
Clearly they have ZERO respect for customers. They change amounts and hold customers liable and just deduct! You have ZERO control.

You will never see me again Liesl and Steve.

Absolutely a disgrace! And i have not even shared how they botched the previous installation!

Stay clear of Fedility ADT is all i can say and will share that with everyone who will listen.

Good day

I have joined ADT as a new customer in the town of Emahlaleni this is my second month I paid for gate release 2x for I have 2 gates first payment 1 April no debit order went of lady phones asked me for detail on the 6th April for they have nothing but Stoffvel the sales consultant took down all info and paperwork were done keeps on saying I will sort it out don't worry still I get a invoice for over 4000 rand were by all was paid and they got the proof of payment I have now requested for system to be removed and my money paid back for I want to seek service elsewhere were I as customer will be treated more professionally I need someone to get back to me

Poor finance - unnecessary debit
I signed up for R350 as a monthly premium. I have paid R******** or being debited.Emails are not looked into. ADT is playing with my livelihood. This must be fixed and my money must be put back on my account.

Bad service
On Sunday morning 3:35am, there were cries for help in our yard right by our window. We activated the panic alarm. We got a call from ADT that said they sending armed response. An hour later no one came. I phoned ADT and they assured me they sending someone. At 5am still no ADT. We called a different company who arrived here within 2min. They found a person being attacked by 4 persons with knives. This just shows me how useless ADT is. After 2hrs of pressing my panic button, no one of ADT arrived, nor any follow up calls to check if we are okay. This make me thinking of cancelling ADT conpletely. Very bad!

Extreme Poor Service
My alarm system burned twice this year by lightning, I have a loghtni g detector but still ADT equipment still get struck by lightning. Each time I call the I'm made to waite for weeks. The recent call for assistance has been the worst, it's been a month without their service but every month I don't miss payment, they say their equipment is under warranty but yet I must pay again for their equipment that can't function for less than 6months without being damaged. If I don't call for follow up no one bothers to attend to my query all they want is my money!!!!

Bad customer service
I have been in constant communication with your office and Ronnell , for the past three months , regarding my pension discount on my annual payment. I was told that it was done and before I made any payments. I must wait for the revise statement. To date nothing is forthcoming and that it is affecting my credit rating. Please kindly advise

Bad Service
My alarm triggered at about 2h18 this morning and it took ADT to approximately 10 minutes to come into my property, this is already a frustrating as ADT maintains that the response time is within 5 minutes.....what is more frustrating is that before the guard can check,the guard knocks on the door and when asked if he checked the property,the question asked by the guard "must I check all the property"....I cannot understand why we as a client has to go through all of this when we are paying for a service that is not rendered. Bad Service seems to be a "NORM" with ADT as this kind of service has been experienced on numerous occasions previously. Now that I have complained,let's wait and see if anyone at ADT has the decency to phone or visit me regarding their incompetence and bad service.

Excellent service, 100 percent performance
ADT rendered a excellent service to me. I could not get hold of a ambulance on the 06 July . I contacted them, they send a ambulance. Unfortunately my sister passed away. The ambulance confirmed that. I asked them to call the mortuary to remove her body. They also did that.

Dear Mabel, you have rated ADT as an excellent service provider, due to them getting an ambulance to you, the question is what is their CORE business, SECURITY isn't it....but I can tell is that when it comes to their core business, they are absolutely useless, I wish for you not to go through the same problems that I have been through ADT, you were lucky that the service (phoned an ambulance) was excellent service for you. I wish you luck if you are still with ADT.

No service delivery
I very disappointed in the service I have been receiving from adt monitoring services with regards to patrols i request from them.adt is sub contracting secupro for patrols in my area but they don't patrol during the day or at night therfore I request on certain days when I really need them to patrol but yet I'm not getting the service I request or pay for this is unacceptable .I have even went as far as to contact Grant at secupro myself and left multiple message with Desiree nd with agents for him to call me back regarding my complaint but until now no respond.if this matter is not sorted out by adt whom I'm paying for this service then I'm going to cancel this service as it's not benefitting me the customer.

APOLOGY FOR ROAD RAGE
Have laid a complain to Adt/fidelity security about two of your vehicles who provoked road rage at cosmo city. Am disappointed that still after calling your office talking to Johann am still not satisfied. My question to you is that i waisted my time by calling your office instead of shooting those individuals. Am not gonna rest until you give me joy over this matter. The ball is in your court how this will turn out
