ADT incompetence
I am not sure what the problem is with ADT as the right-hand does not seem to have any idea what the left hand is doing. We cancelled the ADT services on the 29th March, they subsequently took the April debit which is fair as it was a required 1-month notice. I have subsequently emailed and phoned for ADT to come and remove their radio link system and was informed that they would contact us to let us know which date they were coming. Now we received a statement to make a monthly payment! You guys are just as bad and incompetent as SABC attorneys who keep trying to collect imaginary outstanding TV licence arrears.
PLEASE COULD ADT KINDLY SETTLE THIS AND COLLECT YOUR RADIO ALARM SYSTEM. OTHERWISE, I WILL REMOVE IT MYSELF AND THROW IT IN THE TRASH FOR COLLECTION!

Unbelievable rude !!!
I cancelled my ADT on the 22 February 2018, for end of March 2018, end of April the debit order goes off again, I have reversed the debit order. In the mean time I got married and moved to Vanderbijlpark, selling my house. Now ADT keep harassing me for payment, I have send all the proof that I have canceled several times. Yesterday a man called me demanding to give him my date of birth yelling at me, I could not speak to him as he keep yelling at me to give my date of birth. I ended the call. This harassment is unacceptable, SHAME ON ADT!!!!!!!!!!!, so rude then you have to protect us NO NO NO NO, stay away

Very bad
I closed my account about 5 to 6 years ago and done all paperwork now i get calls from collections companies statinv i owe ADT almost R8000 you are fucking mad if you think i am going to pay it as you did not do your fucking work if you want your money go to tbe people who took over my account and stop calling me for the account.

Atrocious, rude and negligent service
I am a disabled pensioner. For 3 months my ADT security system has been seriously out of order. Suddenly, after Christmas, it began producing false alarms every week or so,terrifying to a frail old person It happens at random, but more recently when I plug in my laptop, or switch on a light, let alone a thunderstorm even in the distance, it goes off. Then it will not allow me to re-arm the system in any way. And carries on through the night
peep-peep-peeping saying the door is open when it is not. So I have spent too much time in three months, being charged the full rate, with an alarm system that refuses to switch on, and thus unprotected.
They are seriously understaffed, though not keen to admit this.
When the problem erupts on a Friday, they can;t send anyone or even take a booking for Monday, so Monday you can't make an appointment for technical service, which is overwhelmed by callers from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, trying to get help, When you get through, they suggest Wednesday, meaning you are insecure for nearly a week.
Today, having had the system nor working since Friday, I had an appointment for a technician to come. He didn't, and nobody called to explain, which isn't his fault, but sheer bad management. When I try to call Mr Califani, who had told me to do so, he is never available now but "in a meeting" ( yeah!)promises to call back "now-now" which hasn't happened in 3 or 4 hours. and doesn't bother to respond to e-mails. He has been needlessly rude, and avoiding taking responsibility.
Eventually, someone else was good enough to contact the special technician who was supposed to be here this morning, who came later, made some changes that might fix the problem,and which should at least help clarify where the problem lies. He will call back on Monday to check how its working. Nobody has bothered to apologize for all the problems and continuing danger caused to me by inadequate technical servicing. I have still been charged fully for a faulty service often impossible to use at all. Mr Califano is, I've been told, head of the Technical division, yet while he was hiding from me today, I asked to be connected to the Galifano's boss, such as the General Manager of the Pretoria section, and was told that he was that manager and the only senior person at the office. I have been told, more reliably, that this is not so. I don't think it's a sign of a healthy and well-run company, for this to happen.

POOR SERVICE
I AM STILL WAITING THE OUTCOME OF MY ACCOUNT.
I NEED TO KNOW THE AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT ARREARS OR OVERPAID????????? No feedback was given to me if my account is in arrears or overpaid.

Absolutely shocking!!!
ADT technical guys came to my house on three occasions in 2 week to sort it out my beam,apparently was a battery,beam is still not working....armed response called 10 min after alarm was activated In different area of my property,I mention the problem to the operator,she advised me to get someone else but I paid for two call out fees and extra payment for the job.....Really??????????? Is this your service ADT?????

Terrible service from your ADT branch in Richards Bay

Fidelity-ADT - easily accepts $ - does not easily keep to their word or CPA standards
Fidelity ADT sold a solution whereby my system could be controlled remotely. They did not check the suitability with my current system where there is a problem. I was ensured they would rectify this by several people at ADT. We are roughly 2/3 months in & have been solicited to make further purchases to enable the system.

No response. No accountability. Constant following up.

I am hoping my mail, below, publicly will entice a resolution as promised well over a month ago.

Regarding the "My DSC Power Series Alarm system"

Dhinesh i really don't want to follow up on this repeatedly. It has been way over 10 weeks and the agreement was that the appropriate equipment for the installed remote activation etc would be with me by now, this was by your estimated time frame.

A vendor cannot sell part of a solution and expect the buyer to make further purchases when a fault is found in compatability, this should have been known to you before accepting payment. More than one of your technicians along with JP, yourself, and the gentleman who helped synch our cameras, noted the incompatibilities.

We agreed that when the equipment arrived it would be installed in accordance with what was already sold to me. I have sent you pictures that the application still does not work!

As it stands ADT has sold me a solution that does not function well, and then I have been misled to believe it would be rectified when appropriate parts were available. Now, I am being solicited to make further purchases on alternative methods - this is not what was agreed.

Please advise when the appropriate equipment matching the solution sold will be implemented?

HI ALL, PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN CHOOSING ADT, THEY SELL YOU THE SERVICE BUT DONT DELIVER. I HAVE BEEN WITH ADT FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS, FIRST TIME EVER, I MAKE USE OFF THE FREE BENEFIT WHICH IS FREE AMBULANCE SERVICE. TO MY SHOCK I AM NOW HANDED OVER BY THE AMBULANCE AND THEY SAY ADT DOES NOT COVER. I THEN CALLED EMMANUEL FROM ADT PMB AND HE ADVISED I CAN PAY AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE AND I CAN FOLLOW UP WITH STANTON AFRICA AS HE KNOWS ABOUT IT, I DO THAT AND WHEN FOLLOWING UP WITH STANTON AFRICA, HE SAYS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, YET I HAVE FORWARDED HIM 1 OF THERE MAIL MESSAGES CLEARLY STIPULATING THE SERVICE IS FREE. DO NOT BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. BE AWARE...

Fidelity-ADT Tracking division No Customer service.
I had an Fidelity-ADT Tracking unit installed in my Vechile. After the System has been installed my vehicle has an electrical problem. Aircon not Working Wipers not Working and Instrument Cluster light.
I have sent Fidelity-ADT a mail to inform them about these items not working they then send technicians to my House stil the same thing.
Fidelity-ADT Refuse to Repair my Car
