Hiked billing without notice
I am a pensioner. ADT once billed me twice in a month. Complained but nothing happened. Today they billed me more. I want my money. Also the previous one.

3 Years paying for NOTHING
The installers came and installed a new alarm on top of something that used to belong to CHUBB five years back alarm only worked for 2 year. Please stop denoting my account for nothing.

Not responded 40min of panic alarm at time of robbery
adt failure to come to rescue day light robbery 16th March 2020 and after 40 minutes when it came it failed to call the police also and till today no police came and they left the place without calling the police in irresposible manner which caused me harrasment after pressing panic button.Imagine robbers with gun would have shot me for pressing panic button and till now no explanation given to me for my complaint.best part they say now I cannot cancel ADT alarm as I am in contract.
Can you imagine my situation after press of panic button !!! Now till today no explanation and no action against their officers for this negligence which would have costed my life at risk.

Paying for techical assistance and call out fee for rented system
I have a rented system which is giving me technical problems and i have to pay a call out fee. Rented means it doesn't belong to me, so why should i pay for its repairs. I have an alarm system that doesn't work and i must still pay for the monthly installation. Being with ADT hasnt been smooth since day1. I want to cancel this horrible service.I think i should inform my family and friends how adt really works.

Bad service: Installation of cameras
Bad service: ADT has been to my residence five times to install cameras. Each time they have to come back to complete the job. The first day they said they would arrive at 9 am. They arrived at 18h45. They then came back the following day to complete the job. Unfortunately the technicians didn't know how to install the cameras onto the monitors. They then returned on another day with someone to assist with the installation and one of the new cameras was not working. So they came back today with the new camera to find it was the incorrect size. I now have to wait for the new camera. The only person who did an efficient job was the person who installed the conduit. They outsourced this job. This job was completed the week before the cameras were installed. Maybe all the technical work should be outsourced? Let's hope that the next time time they come the job will be completed.

poor service
On the 3/12/2019, round about 14h00, I contacted ADT Rustenburg for a request to move one of my detectors(eye)which was my initial request when I signed up during January 2019. I was told the responsible person will contact me by 15h00 which never happened. I contact them again at 16h00 and an appointment was made for 05/12/19 at 16h00. The appointment never realised up to this date 22/12/2019 without any followup from anyone from ADT. What are u calling this service?

Not Reliable at all
Alarm at my house has been defective, going off at night and no response call from the ADT Control room. Reported the matter at the Rustenburg brunch over a week ago and following up daily on the set appointment with the Technician to do repairs and always given an excuse "Tomorrow , Tomorrow" .

My question is that does this company really CARE about their customers , and are they honestly following their "motto"

Safety of my Home / Family is of outmost importance and the money one pays for the service stated by this Company is truly questionable.

BAD SERVICE
This companies representatives are totally unreliable, they make appointments and then do not stick to it nor do the effort to cancel the appointment. After two weeks of completing the service agreement the system in the house we bought are still not up and running, I just mailed them to cancel it would rather use another security system, how are you to feel save and secure if this is how they treat you from the start, how will the service be once the service is up and running, just wondering are they also going to take two weeks to respond when your alarm are activated?

DISGUSTING SERVICE BY SUPERVISOR: CHARITY AND DENVER NAIDOO
I have had the most DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE OR RATHER NO SERVICE BY THE SALES SUPERVISOR: CHARITY AND DENVER NAIDOO.
To date I have not received a quote re installation. The quote was done on: 7/3. After over an hour and a half of waiting, being shifted from
Pillar to post, being cut off, being promised that the quote would be forwarded - IT HAS NOT! The best is email address given by Charity are INCORRECT!!! When I called back to ask for the correct address, she said... I will Sms it to you. I am STILL WAITING!!! In my job we have 6 minutes to save a life. It seems mine has been taken negligently already. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

pathetic service
I have moved premises and filled in a form , I had total uphill as I battled to get a sales rep to come out as that was the only way
Adt could move forward with my request after several calls, I finally got a rep to come out , I was quoted and debited for remotes and service and and continue be debited for monitoring every month without a functioning alarm to this day , after several calls which always ends up on being on hold for unto and hour , I initially got calls from technical on an incorrect address and rectified the address with them ti which they told me they will call me back , this never happens , even when I call about the pathetic service , nobody wants to give me a complaints no or email and no complaints or customer service no exists on the Adt website I am continuously kept on hold and finally cut off , i am not prepared to accept pathetic service like this and Adt should be ashamed of itself ,. if I don't get ny alarm sorted by Dec 1 , I will take further action and find a company willing to provide a decent service
