What happened to my parcel, Mounties Core East London?
The parcel I sent was received at Mounties Core on 19/04/2021. To date (28/04/2021) it has not been delivered in Dorchester Heights. Nobody answers the phone after numerous phone calls.

Bad service and delaying of important documents for unisa students
On the 3rd of April 2021 my study materials were collected from Florida campus its 20 days now and I'm still waiting what bothers me mostly is my assignment that are due on the 12 May when will I catch up the DSV service is so poor and ridiculous ????. Truly speaking for a big company like this your service is bad ????

Complaint-Non Delivery
My parcel was not delivered on the notified day. Phones are not answered. No email addresses. Impossible to speak to anyone able to assist.
Still have not received the parcel.

VERY POOR SERVICE
Trying to call DSV customer care ..is like trying to call City of Jhb ...just wasting airtime...why is service levels in SA so poor ???...BECAUSE THESE BIG COMPANIES make a lot money and forget about service levels ....like the rest of SA......VERY POOR

Crap service
I ordered a parcel from Makro & DSV sent me an sms 30 Nov to say the parcel would be delivered within 1-3 days, it’s the 16th Dec today and I’ve since not received any news about it. I called them last week and was given a BS story about too many parcels & since then they have since disappeared! ABSOLUTELY SHIT SERVICE! I’m never ever using them again!

Tracking and follow up sevice
I send a parcel on the 09/12/2020.I tried to track the parcel because PayPal said they will make my payment as soon as the parcel show that it is in transit.There was no update on the parcel tracking except the collection of 09/12/2020.The second day nothing,the third day nothing.I phoned several DSV numbers and send several e-mails but without any success,the only reply I got is that there are a problem with the system.I notified PayPal that DSV said they have a system problem.PayPal said I must be patient the money is save with them.Because DSV cant solve their problem to rectify the trackin updates PayPal is not willing to pay my money because according DSV tracking the parcel is still where it was on the first day.

Pathetic service DSV George
Our Doctors rooms in George have been trying to contact DSV offices to enquire regarding a prioritise parcel for patient injections. We phoned numerous times and the phone either gets put down or no answer. The call centre ladies at Distribution have no phone etiquette.

Pathetic service
I sent a parcel last week Monday from Johannesburg to Harrismith only to find out on Thursday the 8th October that the parcel is in upington. Was then advised the parcel is on its way to harrismith. Today is the 15th October and the parcel is still not delivered and nobody from DSV responds to my email or returns calls. Have spoken to Intumeleng and Mary And a few others with no help received.

CARD DELIVERY
A FEW DAYS SHORT FROM 2 MONTHS AFTER DSV RECEIVED MY CARD FROM ABSA.....HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE TODAY, BUT SEEING IS BELIEVING!

3weeks waiting for my card
I don't know who to blame but I have been waiting to receive my card for almost 3weeks and first it was taken all the way to Durban while I am in Joburg which made no sense cause I was called to confirm address but anyway was called by the driver in Durban only for me to tell him im in joburg.now I had to wait for the card to be brought back this side and still don't have delivery of my card but hope I will get it today so the lady from DSV said on Friday....not happy with you guys at all.....
