Tracking and follow up sevice
I send a parcel on the 09/12/2020.I tried to track the parcel because PayPal said they will make my payment as soon as the parcel show that it is in transit.There was no update on the parcel tracking except the collection of 09/12/2020.The second day nothing,the third day nothing.I phoned several DSV numbers and send several e-mails but without any success,the only reply I got is that there are a problem with the system.I notified PayPal that DSV said they have a system problem.PayPal said I must be patient the money is save with them.Because DSV cant solve their problem to rectify the trackin updates PayPal is not willing to pay my money because according DSV tracking the parcel is still where it was on the first day.
