Mobile phone I returned can not be tracked,MTN is still sending me statements of which am paying for something I don't even have and my query till today is not resolved Service appalling totally dissatisfied.

Late delivery of important documents and disgusting customer service.
9 failed deliveries with no explanations, call center staff are totally incompetent. It took 4 hours of phone calls to eventually reach a semi intelligent agent who could put me through to Ollie an apparent manager who said he will follow up...
Waiting to see.

Horrible service
Hi, I am really upset with your service along with Wesbank! I requested important documentation (original documentation) to be delivered more than a month ago. This was delivered to the wrong address and person & now we can't seem to get the correct original papers. Apart from this you and Wesbank have been very rude, not taking ownership of the mistake. Its leads us to open a police case. Really dissatisfied with your service!

Bad bad service
I'm suppose to sell your DSV boxes but cant get stock, cant trace my order, cant even get someone to answer their phone. Still on hold.....minute 32 now!!!!

3weeks I'm waiting for my phone to be delivered.
I am waiting 3 weeks now for my cell phone. No one can really assist me. Everytime they have to send an email to tell the driver or whomever to unpause my package and that she hasn't got authority. The driver even messaged me to say they are outside by the destination. I ran outside,nobody was outside. This is utterly disgusting service. I called today again...20/07/2021...they gave me the same answer, we will email they must call....NOBODY CALLS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hijacked
Hey, my name is Basetsana, I have been calling DVS call center to help me with the parcel since last week 2-june until today only to fine out that the car has been hijacked in cape Town... I want my pracel back or else am going open a case about this....what a useless service ???? the waste part you wait for a client to you the worse part..... I want my money back

Bad service ever.
Sent parcel on the 13th called the office on the 18 I spoke with Bathandwa who confirmed that the parcel will be delivered in no time. Checked again at 3: 30 spoke with the lady by the name of Mary ( if there is someone by that name) for her to tell me that its 6 working days, that is normal postage then. I asked why is it not mentioned on the envelope. how dare refer me to website. Your services stinks that is all I can say will tell.

No Service.
You get paid by FNB TO DELIVER CARDS ON THEIR BEHALF. YOU SUPPOSE TO CALL THE CLIENT. BUT YOU LIE TO THE CLIENT BY SENDING A SMS SAYING YOU TRIED TO GET HOLD OF THE CLIENT AND THE CLIENT MUST CALL YOU. WHAT A USELESS COMPANY.

Bad ,unreliable service
Bad service...ts totally crap I am a student at Unisa and residing in Port Elizabeth..I received an sms on the 1st May 2021 telling me that my i should expect my parcel in 1-6 working days it's the 14th of May now and I have been calling since monday the 11th and each time I call I am always told my parcel was packed for delivery I should expect it between 1-5pm and till today it has not arrived..Mind you that's my study material and I have assignments that are due tomorrow and some on the 24th your bad and unreliable service is costing us so much.

I have even stopped calling it's a waste of airtime.

NO ANSWER
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.FIRSTLY I COULDNT GET ANYONE TO ASSIST.THE LADY ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE WAS SO TERRIBLY AUDIBLE.SHE GAVE ME A NUMBER TO PHONE AND WHEN I PHONED THAT NUMBER I WAITED FOR 8 MINUTES AND HUNG UP.I WILL NEVER WANT TO COURIER ANYTHING WITH DSV EVER AGAIN.
