In 1976, in the small town of Skuldelev in Denmark, ten owner-operated hauliers joined forces and founded DSV – De Sammensluttede Vognmænd (the united trucking companies). Since then, DSV has evolved to become a world-leading supplier of transport and logistics.

From local haulier to global freight forwarder
Initially, DSV offered haulier services only and focused activities within the construction industry. From the mid-1980s onwards, however, the business was quickly expanded to include other transport and logistics activities domestically as well as internationally.

From 2000 onwards, with the acquisitions of the DFDS Dan Transport Group, Frans Maas, ABX and UTi Worldwide, DSV emerged as a global freight forwarder.

Bad service
Poor service, delivery guy unprofessional and very rude, I was told to drive to the mall to collect my parcel which I told him I can't, he then hang up on me. Tried calling the head office before 5 now is 18:27 still waiting for response, you'll swear they doing you a favour you didn't pay for the service!

Bad service
Im trying the whole day to phone the customer service. There is no answer. Ths is very bad service. Will never use DSV again in my life and will not recommend them to anyone. DSV has very poor service.

POOR SERVICE
Today is 8 June , I haven't received my which was sent on 31May. I try to call customer care, consultant was very rude. I even sent an email, consultant who responded to my email said they didn't know where my parcel is. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DSV SERVICE

Very disappointing
Was informed that the delivery will be made around 12pm I waited the whole day I haven't received my phone.... they don't call and when you call their customer service they don't answer I'm very disappointed with their service

Delivery of a package
Not worth a star. What a disappointment!!!! Made arrangement to receive a package. No one pitched, no one called. Made another appointment. Apparently the driver was there but did not call to let me know he is there. What a waste of time!!! Will never recommend them.

Incompetent and Bad service
The lady by the surname of James referred my parcel to Polokwane branch on Monday while my address states I am based in Johannesburg. I advised them that I will be out of the province for three weeks and wont be reachable if I don't receive my parcel by Thursday 14/04/2022 before 10am. DSV`s service is poor and also their agents are so unprofessional. Out of all the courier companies we have in South Africa they deserve to be rated ZERO.

I send my clients their products on the 9th of December 2021 within gauteng and they received most of their products except one client in soweto. I finally called their customer center 7:45 am 15 December and I was told it's still in soweto and that it will get delivered today ( 15Dec) it's 22:55 I confirmed with my client that she still didn't receive her product. PAKAD**********8 I send it here diepkloof address: 6449 Makhura Drive Diepkloof Zone 4 1862 I'm now convinced that my parcel is lost and DSV is ****py courier. no one answers my complain from their lockers emails and customer email. Fraudulent activity DSV Branch Surprise road Pinetown 3610
To whom concerned

A employee at DSV by the name of Kirsten Govender his title is a Manager, he is fraudulently organizing contracts for family members and fraudulently taking bribes from certain individuals by arranging extra logistic contracts for employees, please can this guy be be investigated discreetly,his fraudulent activities is going on for a while, a full investigation is required also his wife Fiona Govender is a possible accomplice as she works in the same company, I used to work in this company and my informants are scared to come forward to report as they fear that their only source of income could be lost, please can this matter be looked into.

I wonder if DSV will forever prosper if they are selling such service. And the fact that a DSV driver said he came and didn't find me totally disgusted me because I was home the whole day. And are drivers not supposed to call you when they can't find an address to where they should deliver? I'm disappointed and I'm definitely taking this to Hello Peter.

And for the fact that We have to rate it. It has zero rating from me. ZERO!!!

An item was stolen from my parcel by someone at DSV!!!’ I’ve lodged a complaint but haven’t had any
Someone at DSV stole an item from the parcel sent to me. I’ve lodged a complaint but have had no response whatsoever! Don’t ever use DSV!! I cannot even rate if there are thieves working there that steal the items from your no parcel before delivery. Respond to my complaint!

Mobile phone I returned can not be tracked,MTN is still sending me statements of which am paying for something I don't even have and my query till today is not resolved Service appalling totally dissatisfied.

Late delivery of important documents and disgusting customer service.
9 failed deliveries with no explanations, call center staff are totally incompetent. It took 4 hours of phone calls to eventually reach a semi intelligent agent who could put me through to Ollie an apparent manager who said he will follow up...
Waiting to see.

Horrible service
Hi, I am really upset with your service along with Wesbank! I requested important documentation (original documentation) to be delivered more than a month ago. This was delivered to the wrong address and person & now we can't seem to get the correct original papers. Apart from this you and Wesbank have been very rude, not taking ownership of the mistake. Its leads us to open a police case. Really dissatisfied with your service!

Bad bad service
I'm suppose to sell your DSV boxes but cant get stock, cant trace my order, cant even get someone to answer their phone. Still on hold.....minute 32 now!!!!

3weeks I'm waiting for my phone to be delivered.
I am waiting 3 weeks now for my cell phone. No one can really assist me. Everytime they have to send an email to tell the driver or whomever to unpause my package and that she hasn't got authority. The driver even messaged me to say they are outside by the destination. I ran outside,nobody was outside. This is utterly disgusting service. I called today again...20/07/2021...they gave me the same answer, we will email they must call....NOBODY CALLS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
