Worst service ever!!!
Never will I ever again buy a ticket form this bus service, firstly they don't show up on time an hour later when questioned then only they tell you the bus took another route they are going to change the date of your ticket. If only I read these reviews earlier I would of rather brought a ticket from a more reliable bus service!

Poorest service ever!!!!
I booked a ticket online, the money went off in my account but I never received a confirmation letter so I called the helpline… the rudest and most helpless person answered. She gave me a reference number that was different from the one I got online (confusing), she refused to answer any of my other questions since I’m not familiar with the traveling process. She just shouted over me, never gave me a chance to explain what I was confused about. I just wanted to know if it will be a problem if I don’t have a hard copy of the reservation or if she could perhaps e-mail me the confirmation for incase there might be a problem with the departure/check-in. She interrupted me when I tried to talk and was literally no help (so much for “helpline”). I’m so disgusted, you don’t even deserve one star!

Well firstly I would like to say to you guys Poe's kak service bad the bus was supposed to be there at 21:00 it's 00:16 nw where the fuck is the bus no calls or sms saying that the bus will be late or is stick somewhere you guys lack with communication seriously why don't you just close your doors Jesus and seeing the other reviews I'm not the only one reporting this pull up your sock or close your door Jesus guys come on

The service offered but the bus drivers was poor yhooo and the bus break you will lose customers as much as it is very affordable but the service is disgusting

Luggage retained by bus driver
My daughter booked on Translaux from JHB to Louis Trichardt Station on Sunday 26 Dec 2021. At park station departures there were no busses and she together with other commuters were deferred to a City to city bus and were told that the bus is going to their destination. This bus never went to Louis Trichardt station and dropped her off on the side of the road in Elim. She was so confused and lost as she does not know the area. He told her to get off and catch a taxi to Louis Trichardt. He told her to get out and took her luggage beneath in the compartment but failed to let her take the bags in the top luggage section above the seating where she was seated and told her to stand away from the bus. He drove off, leaving with her other luggage and her standing on the side of the road. This is theft and gross treatment and may cause us to lay charges at the local SAPS should we not receive the luggage back.

THE WORST BUS EVER, NOT RELIABLE

I hope this email find you well.

I am very disappointed at your bus services for not arriving tonight at Greenacres stop at 21:30 and as passengers there was not sms or email sent to notify about the cancellation of the root or the delay of the bus.

The passenger risked her life standing at the designated stop as per attach for more than two hours. Knowing very well that the crime rate in South Africa is very high.

I contacted all you office numbers, even the emergency number but no avail.

I request a full refund of the ticket and a decent apology for all the inconvenience of this incident.

Poor service
There's no customer service to confirm the where abouts of the bus,. I have been waiting for more than an hour for the bus. I don't even know if its coming. Not even a message or a call from them to update me. Very poor service.

Worst experience ever!!!
The driver left me standing at a Total Garage in Pinetown where he was meant to pick me up, when I called their contact centre they said I got there late and they said i was lieing, worst experience ever, i took a pic of the bus when it got there because it looked so old and sent it to my family incase anything was to happen to me, to deny and say I was not there when I had taken a picture is disgusting even after I had told their head office, final straw was when they hung up on my while explaining on the phone

Shit services bus supposed to arrive 8:30 it's already 12:30 and my sister is on the bus with a 4 month old baby just close this bus there is no use to be in service when your service is shit just like the government

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, WHY WOULD YOU DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER SO MANY DAY YET I PAID.
I bought a ticket at Bosman Station on the 3rd of May and I swiped for my ticket.. now I received a notification on sartuday that you people deducted money on my account again and my bank also confirmed they money was deducted by Translux... 0lease make me understand why? I am going to lay charges against you people for fraud because I don't even understand how you got my card details and who authorized the payment.. please pay me back my money.

Looking forward to your response by the end of today.. or else I'm suing you people I've been calling about the matter but I'm not getting any assistance.. I want my R330 back to my account because I don't owe you people anything I don't know why you deducted my money.
