I purchased a Wall Unit from OK Furniture (Nquthu) on the 28 November 2020, till this day (15 December 2020) I have not received it. The only answer I get is that they are waiting for it from the other stores. I have been so patient thinking that they will prioritize me, it clearly shows that it is not the case.

I called you to finding out of my account can you call me back plz i tried calling all morning your people told me i can pick up my tv but you never told me i must pay a deposit on the black Friday sale on your papers is not saying that you must pay a deposit

Firstly I would like to ask, does your branch in pirt elizabeth not a phone coz i been calling them for 3 days about 6 times a day and nobody answers the phone. I was there on the 26th to purchase a lounge suite. The consultant told me they were out of stock. He said his manager only start work at 10am so he could not ask him when will stock arrive but he will ask him when he comes to work amd let know. So i asked we could we make payment for it so long he said yes i can then i can get the sale price. So i paid. I never got a call back to say when the new stock will be arriving or any communication after the payment. That caused me to call the store over 20 times with no answer to the calls. I went there on Sunday during my lunch break on Sunday, the consultant just said to me i told u i will call you next week. But he said as soon as the manager arrives he will find out and let me know that day when they can expect stock. I mean dont you guys care coz you got payment already or what is it. Im really disappointed and feel like i want to cancel the purchase. My dad paid for that lounge suite cash for me and told the consultant thatbhe must deal directly with me coz its my lounge suite.

On 17/07/2020 i went to buy a Defy fridge which they should have delivered on 20/07. The Monday i returned to the store and were told that the fridge will be delivered on the Wednesday 17th.Wednesday came and still no delivery and its been a week without a fridge and all my stuff went off and had to throw it all away.The salesman said that they have a KIC fridge instore but i had to pay extra R300 because its more expensive, so i did. They delivered the KIC fridge on 23/07 and the next morning the fridge was still as warm as the day before when they dropped it. I then had to go back to the store the next day and had to wait another day for the pick up and collection. Only on the 27th they delivered the new exchange KIC fridge. We switched on the fridge and Sunday morning the topback of the fridge had frozen as well as the stuff inside and it also made a strange noice.
I notified them of the problems now they tell my that KIC must come out the check on the Fridge that i had 1week and they refuse to take it back. I don't want the KIC, i want a Defy as i paid and wanted 1.

My wife visited Cosmo City shopping center where the manager refused to assist, she had a copy of my original ID and hers, original email copy of tv license to buy 43cm Hisence,She tried to explain that I'm a Husband they refused and I was at work, For me it does not make a business sense as we dicided to buy somewhere else,all copies where valid and confimed, we always been a OK client for long time and we are disappointed this time.

In end of Feb 2020 i bought a new bed at OK Furniture Beaufort West, resteasy, i than realised the bed has a massive cut in the matriss and told them about it, o than understood that due to the lockdown there would be a delay, however the factrory has been open now for over a month and still nothing. One of the ladies called me last friday 10th told me the truck has arrive and i just need to wait they will deliver my bed thqt day. Its Monday and still ot even a phone call to say why it wasnt delivered on Friday like i was told. If i knew buying by OK cash will give me this shitty service i would have paid extra and gone somewhere else

On the 16th my husband went to buy a tv at OK POWER EXPRESS KATLEHONG.....Wooow .He came back to our surprise when we plug the TV it was not working , I then decided to take it back to the shop ...When I got there a guy called JABU Store manager ...came to assist and said no i will have to get settings i said no I dont want the skyworth anymore I would love to add money and get a Hisense the guys insisted I must take another skyworth ...I immediately got angry and said no I dont want that TV anymore he then said still even if you dont want it I cant give it to you because your husband has to sign ...I then asked what if he is not around maybe he is on another province he then said then that's not my problem, you see what to do .He then left me at the couch went at the back ,Came back went out to Shoprite bought bread when he came back I asked him aren't you gonna attend me he said I dont have time for you I'm on lunch you can call the head office if you have a problem or even logg a complaint I dont care Still I waited....After some time I asked the sales lady to go call him she came back and said he says he is in the TOILET ....Wooow i was sitting in a couch for more than a hour and the manager decided to go on lunch and toilet ....First time to receive such a poor service If indeed JABU is a manager then OK has a problem it self even the sales person would have done better than him ...

Someone has to call and clarify to me I'm so annoyed .

I bought wardrope on saturday they told me they qill deliver on monday,and monday i qaited the whole days went by until wed they called and I must go and collect my item,i hired a bakkie and when i got there they told me tge story that I'm not allowed to take it by mtself since i bought it on level 4,but why they called me to collect my item if they will tell me that?i told them that i want to cancel my purchase they begged and promise to deliver it but even today they haven't delivered it,when i calked and request to talk to the sales person Hombisa,she didnt come to the phone the phone was dropped and never answered again.

I bought a washing machine from Ok Furniture Thabazimbi and I was even not aware that they charged me R600 for delivery so when I wanted to pick up the washing machine they then told me they cant give me the R600 back they charged me for So unfortunately Im not prepared to leave it there..........

I called the storer three times to find out when are they going to deliver my bed which i was expecting yesterday according to our agreement i waited but no delivery and during the week am at work .
Im not even upset to the fact that they lied to me about yesterday's delivery but i am calling the store now the only thing i hear its music when i started talking to say what kind of a company that answers the call and dont talk the lady then replied to say just because i called it does not mean she must switch off her radio so i tried to call again they answer and the only thing i hear its music no one is talking to me
If possible can i cancel my purchase and get back my money i will go to other shops
