Bad service
Ok furniture Megacity have very poor service. I layby a laptop in March wanted to take it out in june. Every time I go there they don't have it and I've asked for refund. They said they don't have cash. I'm very disappointed and I'm tired of going to that store.

bad service
I bought a new TV end of October 2020 at the OK Furniture in Stellenbosch the TV just stopped playing in January I went to the branch in January got real bad service from manager and staff a week went by he claims he gave me a new TV in January in July my TV broke again I went into the branch again still haven't received any feedback when I call the branch the manager has a attitude telling me it could take up to a month for Hisense to repair my TV I bough the TV cash in October and it keeps on giving the same problem I am still waiting on them to give me feedback with regards to my TV its a new TV or at least so they claim I am very unhappy with this horrible service aim trying to call their head office they drop the phone still haven't received any feedback its almost two weeks nobody told me when I bought the TV this is their process according to manager he must wait on Hisense and there is nothing he can do. I am trying to call their offices nobody answers.

Bad service
My wife brought a washing machine on 10 July 2021 at Newcastle and on the 13th when I try to open the filter it broke when I go to shop their say it costumes negligence they can't help me but I show them 21day repair policy then they say they will book for repair I surprise that they didn't know about that 21day repair...

Head Office
OK Furniture is so incompetent. I've been calling the head office since in the morning and till now nobody has attended my calls. I can no longer access my e-statements on the website and I also sent a request via email and still no sign of them.

Selling goods they dont have at hand
Ok furniture Taung have very poor service and salesman not reliable,I bought a fridge cash and when they have to give it to me they said they dont have the stock is only the display...again my son made a lay-buy for Hisence tv end of april and paid it off the following month but when they have to deliver the Tv they said there dont have it in store and they checked other branches also there was none,when he ask for refund they said they dont have cash,we end up taking tv that we didnt like...Taung Ok is very very poor in service

REFUND
Am not getting any joy in Feb i lay-bye a bed i finish it off end of April i waited for a bed till now. There is no bed they confirm that the their manufacture is not going to do that anymore. The issue is now i cant get my money back they always tell me they don't have cash its been a month now waiting.

I also didn't get help yet as I bought washing machine yesterday 11/7/2021 (Sunday) in Ok furniture Central Park Bloemfontein but they are not willing to help us to get new one. I received a damaged machine from Ok furniture

Unprofessional behavior
I was in one of your branches in Atlyn Shopping Center and I witnessed the most rude moment while I was on the queue,the manager was shouting at one of the cashiers who was assisting us in a store filled with customers. Vulgar words were used until the cashier started crying while assisting. I feel like this was uncalled for and the situation was handled inappropriately. Management could've done better even tho I don't know who was at fault but that was super uncomfortable and unpleasant to watch

Worst customer service ever
Please people do not waste URLs time or money on this business.i purchase a connex laptop about 9 months ago which I use for work .the laptop has been for repairs twice already..once 12months ago due to the screen jumping needless to say it came back even worse .I sent it again for repairs 3 weeks ago ...uptil now the so called I t guy has not checked my laptop.it took the supplier over 1 week to collect the laptop from the store n still no one has worked on it.my husband has been calling the port Shepstone branch every day for the past week n still nothing.this has affected my income n I have bills that need to be paid.i have not worked in the past 3weeks due to ok furniture selling faulty/damaged products and then when a customer demands a refund so that I can go to Game n buy another one they tell the customer that they are waiting for the supplier. Who will reimburse me for the last 3 weeks of lost income?? I have spoken to all the managers including the area manager Rahim. I have taken all the necessary steps to resolve this but now I will be taking this Matter to the National Consumer Commissions as well as ICASA. It's appalling that Ok Furniture will take money from a customer and then when it's time for queries they refer you to the supplier...I would also like to know firstly why does ok Furniture sell damaged/faulty/brittle products to the public ??? Going forward I will be shopping at Massmart as they know about customer service as well as customer due diligence. Pathetic really

Waiting 40 minutes for the manager to finish her lunch before we could be helped
To Whom It May Concern,

I recently bought a fridge/freezer from one of your shops, after having issues with the fridge the sales lady whom I can confirm bent over backwards to accommodate me sorted the issue out, I then decided to go buy a washing machine and vacuum cleaner but this time on account, after I was approved, I was called and asked to come in to sign the documents. I arrived at your outlet at 12h17, and was told by the sales lady that she is very sorry but the manager is on lunch, and only the manager can print the required documents, will we please be willing to wait she will not be long, with the excellent service received from Rita, I said ok, although I myself slipped out from work I will wait, after waiting about 30 minutes I enquired when will the manager be back, I was informed that the manager was in the shop, but on lunch!!!!!! WTF???? So you are telling me, that even a manger of a furniture shop in these terrible time of business is on lunch, no transaction can be concluded? After I made it clear to the poor sales lady that this is absurd, and I would rather cancel the deal, she begged me to please be patient, she will get into trouble, right then the phone rang on the sales lady's desk, and it was clear that the manager must have overheard my complaint, she then apparently kindly found 1 minute to authorise the sale to be printed out for me to sign, I am extremely upset, and will not stop complaining about this utter disregard of customer service as a manager of a shop. How do you guys quantify this actions?

Customer Complaint
I bought a queen base set( edblo Komati queen 152cm ) during black Friday in Acornhoek mall OK furniture store and I paid cash but it has not yet been delivered to me since last year November I am still waiting, I can't take it anymore please tell me what to do because this is unacceptable.
