Bad service
Firstly I would like to ask, does your branch in pirt elizabeth not a phone coz i been calling them for 3 days about 6 times a day and nobody answers the phone. I was there on the 26th to purchase a lounge suite. The consultant told me they were out of stock. He said his manager only start work at 10am so he could not ask him when will stock arrive but he will ask him when he comes to work amd let know. So i asked we could we make payment for it so long he said yes i can then i can get the sale price. So i paid. I never got a call back to say when the new stock will be arriving or any communication after the payment. That caused me to call the store over 20 times with no answer to the calls. I went there on Sunday during my lunch break on Sunday, the consultant just said to me i told u i will call you next week. But he said as soon as the manager arrives he will find out and let me know that day when they can expect stock. I mean dont you guys care coz you got payment already or what is it. Im really disappointed and feel like i want to cancel the purchase. My dad paid for that lounge suite cash for me and told the consultant thatbhe must deal directly with me coz its my lounge suite.
