Why is there no backup at OK Mdantsane City
I have to wait to
3 hours to collect my TV , so what's the point of buying something from your stores and you won't be able to collect it if theres loadshedding

OK Furniture was the Best Service I ever received. Special To Warren when I purchased my washing machine.He always follow up If I am happy with my washing machine.

Poor service Windhoek Namibia Manager and saleslady
I paid for 5 stoves at OK Independence Avenue next to Avani Hotel, Windhoek Namibia on 23 June at 17H00 after I was informed by sales lady Naledi and manager that warehouse had enough stock for delivery the following day.

On 24June at 8am in the morning I was informed thar the stock was not physically there.

There was no feedback from them and on 28 June I called to enquire and only to be told that there still was no stock and the stock that was in one other branch had no transport.

Very poor service and my building has stopped due to the incompetence of both manager and saleslady.

Emily Corner Chaise & Ottoman
I bought an Emily corner chaise and Ottoman at Ok Furniture in Fishhoek on the 15th of March one week down the line the couch is broken already!!!! Very disappointed with the material. awaiting collection with no idea as to how long this whole process will be as we will be left with nothing to sit on. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SLOW CREDIT APPROVAL!!!!
HORRIBLE.I'm never going to buy here again.I tried to buy matress & base set.I'm still awaiting my credit approval since early yesterday morning.Going to cancel my purchase.So unfortunate.I remember 20 years ago I bought so many stuff from OK furniture ;was wonderful service back then ;now it's just horrid!!!

Unreasonable and bad service
I bought a lounge suit from OK in October, they haven't delivered up until today.????. I have been making phone calls and they keep on promising with with more lies.

Poor Servie - No Stock
I went to OK Furniture in Paarl and put a deposit down for a fridge. I was told they would keep it as this is seen as a lay-by.
I went back a few days ago and they sold it, the only one they had was the demo, and it had scratch marks on it. They informed me that they would get stock today from the branch in Malmesbury and when I phoned they did not have stock. The manager did not approach us once. They took their own time and made us wait for response on what to do next. Never have I ever had such an instance where you lay-by but they sell the stock to other customers and doesnt make the effort of getting more in for the client that already put money down for the product. My food is ruined and now I have to wait another week for the fridge, which I am pretty sure they will not have.
I am in the service industry myself but this is bad! Absolutely terrible.

Frustration and disappointment
I bought a Hisense TV for cash at Ok Hennenman branch in May 2020. It started malfunction around October 2021. I took it to the store and it was repaired. Same thing happened 10 weeks ago, I asked for it to be picked up but 2 weeks went by and nobody came, I asked why and the response I got from Donald (manager) is that the delivery men couldn't find my address what is strange is that our town is small,the TV was delivered by them on the day of the purchase and why was I not made aware that they couldn't find my address so I took it to the store myself. The manager made me wait 2and half hours to sign the papers and the store wasn't even busy. It has been approximately 9-10 weeks since I took it to be repaired, I call every week but the lady who answers my calls doesn't know anything about my TV, she always tells me that she'll ask the manager and get back to me which she never does. I want my money back or at the very least get a new TV because I'm worried as to what is going to happen when the warranty expires. the service at Hennenman branch is worse and I hope I never have to deal with them ever again after this. I'm disappointed and frustrated

Bad service
I'm very disappointed with your service. The service is bad and poor. I bought a DStv decoder at mamelodi denlyn ok furniture it's been a week now without my DStv decoder installed. I'm still waiting for the installer to come and install,they call and make appointment to come and they didn't come up until today. Very much disappointed with the bad poo disgusting service.

Rainbow Finance stores are competing for worst service
I applied online for black friday special and have been sent from pillar to post by OK furniture Cleary Park. I brought all documents required signed pre agreement contract and enrolled my fingerprints.Got called back to bring I.D by the salesperson Rochelle because the enrollment wasnt "successful", I complied and went back during my break to hear they can't assist me because the sales lady is not there after I called before going to let them know I'm coming and they said they would help only to get there and be told I cant be helped she has the docs, that level of unprofessionalism is frustrating and uncalled for, how can an entire store be halted by an absenteeism of one sales lady in the process to waste my time and petrol. This after I had vowed to never return to House and Home only to get the same poor service from another Rainbow Finance store...please fix your service!

Bad service
I bought a new lounge suite from Ok furnitures in Kathu saterday morining for R******** cash. I arrived 2 hours late in the rain and without the feet pieces.. i called the sales lady but she said there is nothing she can do so i called the manager wich also said i shoukd have looked befors i bought it...f really???? She then said she will find feed for me and bring them..its 3 days later and she didnt even bother to call ..i had to call her 3 times with out help....this is very bad service and i have a expensive lounge suite that have no feet..

Rubbish service
Very bad service okay de aar does not have a little bit of client service and the manager totaly at all can not even face the problem...
Bought a bed on thursday and they did not have enough stock i was told to wait for monday and on monday only 4 beds were delivered where they gave other client advantage of getting their bed and i must wait till wednesday again, i cancelled the deal because of they cannot attend to client services, this is not the 1st time i have to fight with the de aar staff about service, this OK at De aar is bad... Never will i support them again, if you have a problem the service consultants run around without words while you wait and the problem can still not be resolved

Bad fridge delivered
Would like to register that I was sold a fridge that doesn't work but at first the cooler did not work then someone was sent over to fix it, therefore thing exacerbated now the whole fridge dont freeze. Please exchange this fridge with another one because it doesn't even have 3 months aowa man.
