Bad service Okfurniture steeldale south hills
I went to buy desk and the attitude of the supervisor Yolanda was so bad. She left me standing there for an hour thinking that she attending to my query. She told me that desk are not essential meanwhile at other shops are essentials. I can tolerate people who unsure what to sell or not but bad attitude and customer service is really turn off.

Fraudulent Account
Absolutely unbelievable,the sheer levels of incompetence. I wanted to report a fraudulent account. Sent an email, still no response, the phone was disconnected multiple times. Don't Support Such Crooks.

VERY POOR SERVICE
I, so the Hell in with the fact that I was listed on ITC by OK FURNISHERS ACCOUNT SECTION namely Rainbow Finance for being R3.00 in arrears which was even my fault that it was in arrears. My account is paid every month on time by debit order. I was informed about this R3.00 very loudly by the woman at the counter for everyone to hear and was told that I had been declined to buy a fridge because of this R3.00 arrears. I was absolutely livid and embarrassed by this very snotty staff member. I left the store fuming and am still waiting 2 months later for a manager to call me to apologise. I was told that this R3.00 story would be removed and I see it now reflects over R6.00 in arrears. I think you have a damn cheek o now tell me I only have 2 months left on my current account and that I can buy again....What the hell!!!!!!!! 2 months ago I wasn't food enough....Well just so you know, the day after I was declined to buy a Fridge by your accounts department I qualified for an account elsewhere with a R20 000 credit limit. Plis my monthly instalment is less than what you would have charged me and FREE DELIVERY DONT ACTUALLY KNOW WHY IM TYPING THIS BECAUSE I SEE YOU ONLY GET BAD REVIEWS AND YOU NEVER ANSWER ANYONE.

Hi i bought a touch microwaves from your brunch the on in cape Town delft mall. Microwave doesn't work even a week i boufht it last yeat on September and i call that brunch they said bring itook my microwave to them and they sai they want to fix it on week time we will call you and come to collect it but upto now am still on pending still waiting to hear from them. If i call the shop they kerp on telling me we ddnt forget but its now been a whike we are talking about last year its now APRIL 2020 guys am so PISSED OFF with you guys am so very disappointed. I bought that microwave R5500 FROM YOU GUYS I DIDN'T PICK THE MONEY ON THE ROAD I WORKED FOR IT and i need my microwave

Poor service frm area manager Gobabis
Your area manager that over the gobabis branch namibia have no people skills nor respect for his staff . Mr Borta Langberg you dont deserve to be in that emportant position i bought a tumble dryer cash it was old stock on floor asked for discount the way he went off on the manager of the Gobabis branch while se informed him his on speaker and the customer can hear him he stil went on and was verry unprofessional my name is mrs Louisa Brooks and need an apology from him . OK you have to look into this he will chase your clients to furnmark where they are always friendly

Bad customer service from ok Dopsenville mall
Hi I bought 2 HD decoders at dopsenville mall in SOweto but 1 was working and other 1 I found out that the decoder was not using a same account on the decoder so I took it back on following day .. when I get there I didn't found a sales man who was helping me when I bought it..A security came to help me to get some1 to assist with the decoder ,he called a Lady yoooooooh this lady was so meaningful to me she didn't even want to hear why I was bring back a decoder I was trying to explain she said stop I'm too forward like really guys is this how we must be treated as Customers ...I think I must put this into social media...it happened on Sunday 23/02/20

Defy stove,only 2 plates working,no contact from defy repair/ maintenance??.stove 4months old
Booked in repair at stellenbosch branch 16. 01. 2020.until today 31. 01. 2020.no assistance so now I'm still having a stove not working for what I paid for.Youre 48 hours window to sort out customer concerns is longtime gone!!why do we have to go the other route like hello peter,consumer act ect.This needs to be resolved this coming week because no other option is given to assist in this matter or refund me to go somewhere else......!ask yourself will this be acceptable for u.....!!

Poor service
My mother went to buy a fridge on the 4th December in king William's town but up to today there has been no response. The lady who helped her was so unfriendly and not concentrating to what she was doing. Her fridge broke hence she needed the fridge urgently, please assist

OK Furniture Malmesbury
On 31 May 2019 I lay-byed a fridge from Ok Furniture in Malmesbury and on 19 July 2019 I sent someone to pay the outstanding balance,paid someone to collect the fridge with his vehicle as OK Furniture is charging me an extra R350 for delivery.A few days prior payment I advised the consultant that I would pay and collect and he assured me everything was in order.In my luch hour I came home to await my new fridge and only then the consultant phoned and said they don't have any stock and that they will check if Vredenburg branch have.I told the consultant that I want my fridge no later than the Tuesday.I was then made promises that they will deliver with no charge.The Thursday the manager phoned me and said my fridge is there and I can come and collect it,which I than said there's now way and I demanded that he deliver my fridge...On 19 Nov.2019 I noticed that my fridge is not freezing and I phoned Ok Furniture Malmesbury and I was issued with a job number via sms and I was advised that the technician only comes to Malmesbury once a week on a Tuesday.I received no feedback from anyone since then.On the Wednesday I phoned the consultant to give me feedback,but as norm unsatisfying.The technician eventually came the Friday afternoon of the 1st of December.If ir were 5 minutes that he were here to look at the fridge,it's way too long.He said that OK Furniture needs to replace the fridge and he is going to submit his report and on Tuesday latest I would have my fridge.Wednesday morning I phoned the store and the consultant advised me that they are waiting for paperwork from whoever and I demanded that I want my fridge same day.However this morning I was now frustrated and phoned the manager and told him that he must make sure that my fridge gets delivered today or I want my money back...past 3 this afternoon I got a call that the delivery guys is here and I rushed to open the complex gates for them and take the old fridge and give my new one and I went back to work and after work went to buy some cold meat and stuff because I'm excited to have a fridge again...to my dismay I got home,checked out my "new" fridge and saw a big dent and scrapes on the "new" fridge.never in my live do I want to do any bussines with OK Furniture Malmesbury,nor would I recommend them to anyone as there service is absolutely appauling!!!!
