Poor customer care
I bought laptop at Newtown junction, the laptop was just arrived in the shop the day l bought it and was not checked properly they said it's working, when l try to use it was not charging even the battery is dead .The manager is not even understanding very rough. I returned the laptop because of battery problem to exchange l can't pay 3500 for something not working.

Midrand branch
I submitted to loan with my desktop. When I take it back it no longer working. It makes funny sound while I left it working. I am currently not sure what to do because I already paid to redeem it. Problem is that they can't do anything since the person who was attending is no longer working there. Now it's as if I gave them a non working item

Terrible customer service
I bought 2 products from the hatfield cash crusaders on the 26th, namely a micro usb to usb charge cable and a dual usb charger which both did not fully charge my phone since the day of purchase and when i returned to the store the exchanged could not be granted, though i explained what the conundrum was. now i am stuck with useless products, i now have to get new ones from a different store. I will spread the word. And why isn't your email readily available

Bad attitude from the manager
I bought an item on Friday 17th june at cashcrusaders flamwood walk klerksdorp music emplifer only to find out tht the volt is too small for my Subwover n when I return it without opening it the manager saf I must sell back to shop not to exchange it until I call head office at mazinberg to sort out my exchange ..her attitude was very bad n she sad is not her responsibility to tell me when item return as new as it is it must be sold to them ...I regret to say need to be disciplined atherwise thy will loose customers

I REALLY REGRET GOING TO THE BRANCH IN THE GLEN MALL[CASH CRUSADERS].I DO NOT KNOW WHAT MADE ME GO TO THAT SHOP AS THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER SHOPS TO GO TO. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO THAT SHOP UNLESS YOU HAVE MUCH AND ENOUGH TIME TO JUST WASTE, YOU DO NOT MIND TO BE UNDERMINED,YOU DO NOT MIND IF STAFF DISRESPECT YOU AND YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THEIR HEAD OFFICE TO SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM.I WENT THERE ON WEDNESDAY 25TH AUGUST 2021 TO BUY SOME AMPLFIER. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD COME BACK IF THEIR AMP GIVES ME TROUBLE. THEIR AMP DID NOT HAVE AN FM AND AM AUDIO, IT ALSO STARTED OVERHEATING AS I USED IT THE FOLLOWING DAY.I CALLED THEM TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF ALL THESE. THEY SAID I SHOULD BRING IT BACK. ONCE THERE I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO REMOTE CONTROLLER FOR THE AMP.I DEMANDED MY REFUND FOR WHICH I HAD TO PHONE THEIR HEAD OFFICE TO GET.BUT STILL I HAD TO MAKE A SECOND CALL TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE TO ASK THEM IF THEY CAN INTERVENE AS THEY STARTED WASTING MY TIME. Bad service
M very disappointed,I bought a laptop 10 days ago.now it's not working without being on a charger.I tried to take it back to the store in Bloemfontein where I bought it but they refuse to help me they tell me there's nothing they can do since the laptop was second hand product.my money just went to waste like that

Cash Crusaders Worcester unsatisfying services
I bought a Kettle in March 2021, I took it back because it won't go on. I was told that they will send it for repairs. I'm still waiting for the kettle that I took in 20 August 2021. According to me a kettle is an essential product that is use everyday more then ones. I then had to borrow money just to buy me a new kettle. There was nothing in return for me by Cash Crusaders Worcester. I will nether buy a kettle at that shop anymore.

No activity at Field street branch???
Hi.

Getting worried. Although Cash Crusaders is not known for great customer service one expect common sense to prevail. I've got a phone I need to pick up from the Field Street Branch next week but no activity since the looting, and I mean NO ACTIVITY! The store doors are still bend out of shape, open to the public and with the fire damage clearly visible. Nobody in their wisdom have thought to put up a notice informing the public about the "pending" status of the store.

I simply need to know: 1) Is the phone I left there still there or has it been "looted"? 2) If so where do I make arrangements to pay for it and collect it.

Come on Cash Crusaders - it cannot really be so difficult to have "some" thought about handling the "inconvenience"?

Cash crusaders Worcester horrible service
I have been to that store a couple of times and the staff just sits and talk. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I thought you guys train your staff. If you don't believe me send a client and prove me wrong. The last time I wanted to buy a product I stood next to the product they didn't even bother to ask they just carried on with their conversations. I work in a customer focused environment and I'm not impressed with your staff. You guys are loosing business if you don't do something about your staff attitude.

Collection an delivery as per your TV ad and your not the best
Good day I wanted to sell my goods at on of your store s around KZN I was told by your buyback sales person that I must get my own transportation from my home to the shop which I had to pay R250 and that was not the first time my fridge that I bought less then a year ago I sold it bag to the store where I bought it from they offered me the minimum. Three days later I went back there to sell some electrical equipment jus to be told they do not take electrical equipment I took it to the shop around the corner of cash crusaders and they took It with no problem on Friday 05/03 the same thing I took goods to cash crusaders and they offered me low price I the took it again to a pawn shop around the corner and once again I was offered a higher price so it makes me wonder if cash crusaders is as wonder full like the say that are.????

Abuse from the manager Amanzimtoti
As far as I know, the consumer law says that if you mark an item in your store at a certain price (even if incorrectly) the customer has the right to demand that you sell him the product at the market price. On the image you can see the item hanging on a hook with a price above it. When I got to the till, I was asked to pay a higher price.

Without any nastiness I told the sales lady that the price was incorrect. Immediately her attitude changed and I was told, sorry, but that is the price for a different model, and somebody made a mistake by hanging these on the same hook. An Indian lady approached (seems she may be some sort of manager) and got quite stroppy with me when I told her what the law says. Now a simple apology, and a sop story about ‘getting in trouble with the boss’ would have had me becoming a bleeding heart and ‘no problem’, and paying the additional R20.00, which is really not going to break the bank.

Instead I was treated like I was some low-life, begging and making a nuisance of myself. It then got really interesting when the owner arrived and also proceeded to be abusive, and threatening to sue me because I was by this time filming the ordeal. I then did my own research on Google, and it seems this owner is a real charmer – reviews on the internet frequently identify him as rude, and subjecting his clients to similar behaviour as I experienced.

I thought it would be decent to report the matter to Cash Crusaders Head office before posting the video, and giving them the opportunity to do something about their name being dragged through the mud. They did call me once, and asked what I expected – did I want the item at the price on the peg? My answer was no, all I want is a public apology, and perhaps for them to warn this rude man that he will face some sort of sanction, if he brings the Cash Crusaders name into disrepute again (especially as I was obviously not the first).

Well that was the last I heard from them, despite their promise to revert. Suffice to say that Cash Converters Amanzimtoti will not see another cent of my money.

BAD SERVICE-GREENACRES
I had the worst experience with your supposedly service providers. They were not helpful at all and I had to return to the store only to find out I was given incorrect information. I wanted to laybye a TV and was told I needed a tv licence or if I dont have I can buy it with someone else's tv licence as long as I have their I'd copy. My mom then sends me her ID copy and obviously this is now on my emails. They said they cannot assist me with that they needed it printed. That doesn't make sense to me to lose a customer whose worth at that time is R6700 for a printout that is about R2. That is atleast one employees salary gone out the door because I didn't have a print out of the ID.

As I also came back to the shop the second time with the soft copy ID as I was previously instructed by one lady. The guy helping me the 2nd time asks me to go to the lady that was assisting me the 1st time. As he is calling the lady she looks at us and says to the guy Laybye as if a cash sale would have made a difference.

I left there disgusted with the service. I know how a customer should be treated a I have been working at the bank. With the silliest of questions or requests you assist the customer because without them there is no shop and no shop means no job.

False warranty
Hi,

my Name is Agnes Nyakale.

I bought a Twintub machine (Dixon XPB********) on 11 July 2020 in one of your branches around Brakpan.

on the 16th of January 2021 it wasn't working with an issue of spin dry & I had return it back to the shop since it was still under warranty but I was called that they can't fix it without any payment of R905 to fix a motor.

This is totally unfair as I was not told from the first time that warranty doesn't include fixing the machine motor & this false advertisement.

Hi..I called cash crusaders westgate mall Mitchell's plain about 1 hour 30 minutes before closing time however I was unable to get through. My item was due today I was unable to go into the store as I was at hospital and no one available to go into the store on my behalf. I just want to know what is going to happen to my item that is due today as I could not extend nor collect it?
My house was recently broken into and the thieves sold most of my stuff at Cash Crusaders in Mitchells Plain.
How do I go about trying to find out if it is there? And what is the procedure forward?
