I just bought a 8 piece meal from chicken licken. And it was tough and smelt like old chicken.. It was absolutely disgusting..

Chicken licken eldorado park branch, service there is not good i bought the sister soul they gave me 5 sidebreasts Only I am not satisfied cos now I cannot drive back there it’s far from where I stay! Disappointed ☹️☹️ And angry ????

Rude staff no covid19 regulations
Rude staff member Emma from the branch in randgate randfontein no covid 19 rules or regulations followed and waiting for almost 40min for a small order and the staff member just pushed me out of the way while I was waiting and sanitized my hands while she was behind the counter really I want the owner to sort this out not the manager and the government will close the doors of the branch when they see there is no covid19 rules and regulations followed this was the 10th of January 2021 really get stuff members who is professional and not rude to the customers my wife told me on a couple of occasions she experienced it with the staff member Emma sort her out and the covid19 rules and regulations before I report it as well my food wasn't even good anymore after what happened

Maggots in my chicken
Yesterday I bought rock my soul 3 via Mr Delivery at Chicken Licken Highveld Mall Witbank, when I was eating i noticed Maggots in my chicken. I phoned and spoke to the lady by the name of Happy she said I must lay a complain at Mr D not them. I'm so disappointed with chicken licken.

Very Bad Customer Service
Chicken Liken Welkom, should start training their staff for BATHOPELE Principles, or rather get new staff that knows how to talk to people, and apologize when they are wrong, I was really undermined by staff there and I feel like I will never ever go there again if those people are not taken for disciplinary and retrained.

Yesterday the 1st of Jan 2021, I made a drive through in Checkin Licken Welkom, Free State. The person who was helping me(I took her name), gave me food that was short, I looked at the slip and there were 2 drink but she gave me 1, this is the second time this happens, but the first time I realized when I got home! And driving back to Welkom from where I stay wasn’t worth it.
I call out for her but the other Laddy came to me and she said that lady was busy, I asked to see her so that she can apologize and this Laddy laughed at me and instructed me to leave. I stopped the car on a drive way and went in to the shop, the whole staff was making a joke out of it and didn’t want to call the manager for me!

I then asked the name of the laddies that were helping me, since they don’t even have name tags. They wrote the names down.

I really think Chicken Licken is not taking people serious if they allow costumers to be treated that way! Action should really be taken.

Please guys advice me where should I take this matter to? Cause Iam really willing to take it forward!

Rotten rolls
Was in North West yesterday and went to one of your stores . Bought and left only to find all the bread rotten and I couldn't go back since I was late for my trip and hungry too. Very disappointed and asking myself how many people are that without noticing

n the 14th of Nov 2020 Time: 22:13:45 we were assisted by Lillian, we asked for wings and she said they don't have wings so we then ordered 2 Rock my souls, then we went to the next window to collect our food , then came a gentlemen by the name of Wan ,he spoke to the lady behind us and asked her if she wanted wings and she said yes then the lady was given wings I don't know if it's a racial issue or what cause the lady is coloured and we black so that means we don't deserve wings , I then asked him what the hell is going on cause we also asked for wings and we were told there's no wings but she is getting wings and he said he doesn't know....what the fuck! To top it up we asked for Rock my souls and we got the normal chicken ........what a waste of time and money!

Disgusting Food & Attitude!!!
Last night we ordered Chicken Licken from Ferndale via Mr. Delivery. It was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was hard, dry and bony. the end of the rolls were rock hard...no exaggeration.... when we phoned them to complain, they were very rude. My husband then drove there to show them what was delivered. They were blaming Mr delivery for this HOW??? I don't know. Later that evening the owner Mohammed phoned and when we told him about it, he said that we must contact Mr delivery as its their problem. My point is... you guys make the chicken they just deliver. Also we have never ha a problem like this when we buy in the store, but twice now we have a problem when it is delivered. So are they giving all the old food for deliveries ????

Chicken Licken Bryanston on Sloane street double charges their clients.

I went to Chicken Licken in Bryanston on Sloane street on the 15 September 2020 at 16:56:40 and Wendy took my order #3266 which amounted to R137.90.

I then noticed on my bank messages on my phone that Chicken Licken Bryanstonon Sloane street double charges.

I request Chicken Licken to bring their Bryanston Sloane Street franchise into questioning as I notice on the web that this is not the first time this is happening and who knows how many customers are unawares of this and how much money they are stealing from other customers who do not notice?

Poor quality food and an unaccountable store manager
On tues the 25/08 I purchased a hot wings party 16 meal at your Soshanguve plaza store, together with 6 extra slice toasts which I love so much. After receiving my order I went home and to my surprise when I opened the pack of extra slices I was horrified by what I found. instead of the nice tasting golden brown toated with butter that I usually get from other stores, I found a whole lot of dry white slices packed untidily in a packet, press toasted to the size of a pancake, might as well have been the size of a sim card.

What's more disturbing is that when I drove back with my own petrol to return the rubbish I was met by a very arrogant manager who indicated to me that indeed this is the quality of slices they offer and there is nothing wrong with the food and even how its packaged.

Now I am not looking for any refunds or anything but I believe that the manager at that store is extremely incompetent, does not value her customer satisfaction and does not deserve to run that store. I will go public and tarnish your brand and the image of that store with the images of what I have should the matter not be resolved and quality food served and respectable service to customers fully restored.
