I have purchased my meal from "Lyttelton, Centurion branch" yesterday and i must honestly say that their food was abserloute tasty, well prepared and well spiced- giving it that distinctive taste!
Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I'm disappointed and I might get high blood pressure of salt. Cosmo mall. It wasn't a fun experience at all I ordered the R 34 burger it's not what it looks like my order number was 2016. I still have pictures of the slip for proof.

I bought chicken from malvern in durban and it has feathers on..this is so disgusting and its half raw..makes me sick..it just shows you that they dont clean it probably

I ordered 9 pieces from chicken licken booysens. I was shocked when i opened the box to find 5 small pieces and only 4 proper ones. They were so tiny and over fried. Iam so disappointed. I will never order chicken licken again.

Like seriously I don't know how you guys operate, I visited chicken licken Ferndale on Republic a few minutes ago. I called and placed my order and I was told it would take 10 mins and that they closing at 20:30. I got there at 20:25 only to find my order not read and not placed. When I got there the lady who took my order told me straight up that she didn't place it but told the guys in the kitchen to prepare it. They started arguing instead of cooking my order until I told them that to start cooking cause I was already getting pissed. They started preparing my order for like 40 minutes or so, I went to the counter again to enquire as I was sitting down and tired already. I was told it's not ready, like seriously. I'm never going there ever again, it was the last time I set my foot time there. That was a shitty service and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the place.

Then your manager says he saw her put it in the packet on the footage such a liar I'll urge all of yourl don't support those ppl you fucken wasting your money to get wrong shit!!!!!!!!... This is on shift 2... LULEKWA SoKHUTHU was the cashier palesa was the confirmer confirms shit! I mean I took my time to come back and ask for it I was told I had to buy it again that's fucken customer service for u fucken don't give your shit then u must pay for it again I hate u palesa I'm writting this with fucken hate in my heart because of your lies!!!!!

Good day I just found a nail on my last piece of chicken, I bought food yesterday at bloem plaza chicken licken bloemfontein. Some of it I ate and enjoyed today I took leftovers to work. On my last piece of chicken I found a nail, I am honestly disgusted. I just sent an email requesting a refund I'm not happy at all

Today i went to chicken licken (Rustenburg cbd,next to the taxi rank). I stood in the line like everyone else, when i got to the POS( point of sale) i ordered whatever i wanted, when i had to pay i nicely told the cashier that i will be using my phone to pay and she said how? i nicely told her that i'm using " sumsung pay" app, thn she called for the manager, heeeeeeee that untrained manager told the cashier not to assist me and i was ordered to leave the store,he didn't even ask me anything,he was so rude,i even told him that i will report him to customer service and he said " i don't care" He made me feel like i was not using my own money to pay for the food. His name is Sello, i didn't get his surname

I told him that i always use my phone to tap in every chicken licken i've ever went too,he didn't wanna listen and he started calling me names infront of other customers. He is so rude i was even crying because i never thought paying for my own food with my own money will hurt so bad!!!!!

After an 1hr i called the chicken licken in moruleng mall whr i always receive an excellent customer service,cashiers there are always ready to learn something new, i spoke to the 2ic( second incharge) she even told that i'm not the first customer to complain about that manager. I'm willing to take the matter foward because i felt like the manager was never trained on how to deal with such!!! and who doesn't know SUMSUNG PAY in 2021?? Does he even do EMT's( early morning training)

Chicken was burnt in and out and its not like it's the first time.To make matters worse when I call in to complain the phone rang but there was no answer till it went on v\mail.Very bad experience.
