RUDE MANAGER OF THE YEAR!!!!!
Today i went to chicken licken (Rustenburg cbd,next to the taxi rank). I stood in the line like everyone else, when i got to the POS( point of sale) i ordered whatever i wanted, when i had to pay i nicely told the cashier that i will be using my phone to pay and she said how? i nicely told her that i'm using " sumsung pay" app, thn she called for the manager, heeeeeeee that untrained manager told the cashier not to assist me and i was ordered to leave the store,he didn't even ask me anything,he was so rude,i even told him that i will report him to customer service and he said " i don't care" He made me feel like i was not using my own money to pay for the food. His name is Sello, i didn't get his surname

I told him that i always use my phone to tap in every chicken licken i've ever went too,he didn't wanna listen and he started calling me names infront of other customers. He is so rude i was even crying because i never thought paying for my own food with my own money will hurt so bad!!!!!

After an 1hr i called the chicken licken in moruleng mall whr i always receive an excellent customer service,cashiers there are always ready to learn something new, i spoke to the 2ic( second incharge) she even told that i'm not the first customer to complain about that manager. I'm willing to take the matter foward because i felt like the manager was never trained on how to deal with such!!! and who doesn't know SUMSUNG PAY in 2021?? Does he even do EMT's( early morning training)
