Excellent Service received
Hi had a serious accident on 3 May which resulted in my car being written off. The staff were concerned, helpful and efficient. They assisted me in getting a loan car whilst my claim was being sorted. I had a new car in less than 2 weeks. I am very impressed with your service Outsurance and will certainly be telling everyone I know about it.

Since joining 3years ago no follow up on your plan only when there is price increases then it happen via mail or post still waiting on my policy documents

Contacting outsurance is more difficult thaan finding snow in summer in South Africa
After many attempts to phone one of the call centers, cause there is apparently no other way of contacting outsurance I eventually had the misfortune to speak to a cancellation agent. WHAT A MISSION!!! He gave me so many words and when I told him I cannot manage to deal with a company that is so difficult to communicate with. The call centre agent was so annoyed with me when I wouldn't give the next insurance details to him. Seriously, what is wrong with you people. If your service was so amazing why are your executives contact details somewhere/anywhere and why is the only way to contact you via a call centre that has 'technical issues''

I hereby would like to raise my at most dissatisfactory and unhappiness regarding your staff members. I called in on Monday to query my access claim (no.********). I have spoken to Pertunia and she could not assist me. She then mentioned that she need to discuss my claim with someone more senior and promise me that she will copy me in on all the correspondence via email. (this conversation is recorded.) Up to date I have not received any. I then called her this morning and spoke to Shahida ( Ref. no. ********) who promise me that she would get Pertunia to call me back. I also gave her my contact details. I phoned again a minute ago and was told she is on lunch. All I need from Outsurance is to give me a breakdown as to how they got the amount of R1060 when my access was much more, reason being my son who drove the vehicle at the time of the accident was under 25 years old.

As a client of Outsurance for more than 16 to 18 years I feel disturb and very unhappy. I am a loyal client and deserve to be treated in a proper and professional manner.

I hope that you would address the above and provide me with feedback as I would like this issue to stop with you and no need to go higher up.

We have insurance cover for our daughter's Ford Fiesta. She got her car for her 21st in 2015, we recently received a payout and a reduction in monthly charges for her insurance cover. Thank you Outsurance, it is a pleasure dealing with you. Kind regards

Terrible TERRIBLE service for third party claims. You phone and leave messages and the claims handler NEVER calls back. I have been emailing and phoning since the accident, and I'm STILL being ignored! Thank goodness I am no longer at Outsurance!!!!!!

Hello OUTSURANCE,I am using this avenue to contact you as the only option I can find. My complaint is not claim related but refers to what I deem to be a disgusting advert which you are currently flighting on SABS. The advert where the family are in touch with the traveling father who meets his fate in a car accident. It is horrific, extremely sad and not suitable to be viewed by children under 16 years. The advert is cruel, disturbing and I for one cannot believe that a stand up company like OUTSURANCE would find it necessary to stoop so low to attract customers. To use death not that it happened but to see it actually taking place is the pits. I would drop your advertises as a heartless bunch of idiots. Take the advert off and think of something pleasant for all to watch. Thank you. Robert Fraser. ********
