Is there someone out there that has a landline number for the Outsurance HO???? I need a PERSON to speak to as NONE of the 1/2/3/4's can address my complaint. Have tried call centre to put me through to their marketing department: "Yes Madame. Putting you through." Voice, voice, voice .... line dead/cut off. Frustrating!!!!! Are you hiding Outsurance????

I submitted a claim to Outsurance whose client collided and damaged my rear bumper and towbar. To my digust, I was told by Mr Schnepel of the legal claims department that Outsurance will not be replacing my bumper with a new original bumber. Does this mean that I could end up with someone else's repaired bumper or a pirate part. The arrogance of Outsurance leaves me so disgusted that I cancelled my policy which I recently took out on my 2 LDV's. Never again will I even consider using Outsurance. Is this how they rob people to pay outbonuses? In order to submit this review, I have to confirm that I am human? how rediculous. My car is not owned or driven by a robot. Then I have to select pictures of a storefront. What an insult but then this is probably to frustrate people so that their complaints never get sent - only the good comments. I was warned that the proof of the pudding is in the claims.wow, is that true.

I sent a mail on the 27th July 16 stating the work done by your service provider was unsatisfactory. I submitted photos of the workmanship.I sent another mail on the 4th August 16 to enquire about progress. The service provider was at my house on the 16th Aug 16. Took photos and confirmed there was still a problem. I sent another mail on the 27th Aug 16 as I still had not received any feedback.I have now sent another mail today 2 Sept 16 as I have still not received any feedback. Service received form Outsurance and your service provider is totally unacceptable.

PATHETIC SERVICE!

CALLED IN TO CANCEL MY LIFE COVER...SPOKE TO "NOORIE"
HE WAS RUDE, PATHETIC, AND HAD NO WAY OF SPEAKING!
MAYBE IF HE SPOKE POLITELY, I WOULD NOT HAVE CANCELLED.
HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO CUT THE CALL ON ME WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE!
WONDER WHAT HE'S GETTING PAID FOR...

Selfish selfish once again we have to sit in the comfort of our home and tolerate the loud music of such a big company that call themself a professional company. Did you realise there are people staying around your premisses. Do something to keep your music to yourself other companies like Furkin pub is not even so loud and they are a Pub.......

Shocked to see an outsurance debt order go off on my account,I have never agreed to taking a cover.I did get a quote from the company December however imformed Outsurance I already had a cover from another company.What kind of company are you running where consultants can place debt orders on customers account without their consent,it's against the law. I want my details removed from your data base or I will personally go see the head of this company.Waiting for your feedback urgently.

This is the 2nd time one of your clients has driven into the back of me and the 2nd time I am most UNFORTUNATELY having to deal with Ms Govender. She never gets back to a person. Can't be bothered to ensure that she has everything required - even when I called to ensure she had everything. I was assured that on the 17th Feb I would have an answer, and now when I get really annoyed and advise her that she is useless, she comes back to me to say she does not have everything! Really? I cannot deal with her any longer. Now another set of photos and another 6 week wait - when YOUR client drove into me!

I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received at your company today. As I'm writing this message, I'm stuck next to a road in Soweto with my children after hitting a pothole and getting tyre burst. I called your emergency service and I'm told no one can assist me with tyre change since your claims department is closed. I was offered help of towing the car & told I'll have to wait for tomorrow to know if I my tyres will fixed. In the meantime I'm told to go to the nearest airport for a courtesy car despite not being provided assistance to go there. This is the very first time I called for emergency assistance. Im deeply disappointed.

My name is Keith A.A.Blake from Ottery Cape Town and I have insurance with your company for my house not the contents since 1981.I have in all this time only claimed twice as your records will show.I received your yearly statement and I had a query so I phoned ******** and I was dealt with by Tebogo Mokoatedi a clientele advisor and then with a Terence Kambula and they with professiolism and efficientcy addressed my issues and even while I was on the phone already an Email and a sms was dispatched to me.In our beloved South Africa where service delivery is showing signs of cancer your staff healed my perceptions by the way I was treated.Well done thank you Tebogo and Terence you are an asset to OUTSURANCE.
