Review Bad service

I'm a loyal customer of dischem in Newton Park port Elizabeth. I went there about 4 weeks ago looking for Revlon 2in one foundation and I was looking for caramel so the lady there said they don't have she will try another branch even if she can get another shade that can be close to what I wanted which was toast. She got it at walmer branch so I asked her to request them to bring it to Newton Park that was fine so she promised to call me when she received it. Up until yesterday almost a month waiting for the call i asked her why you didn't call me I've been waiting for the month for you to call me what was the reason to take my details but you didn't do anything about them. She said I called you and your phone was on voice mail. I said don't lie my phone is on all the time. I asked her did you try to call me again the following day she said No and she said she lost the piece of paper she wrote my details on. Wooooow I'm so disappointed I spend so much money every month in this company and this is the service I'm going to get it's just not acceptable. Worse part I reported this to the manager she said can I get you someone else to assist you she took me to the same person I gave up I walked out telling myself I'm going to look for a place where I can buy my toiletry and cosmetics. Done with dischem.
