Phone calls not answered 99% of the time!!! This is East London Hemingways Mall Dischem Pharmacy.
The general in shop experience is good and the people helpful, which is more than I can say for the Pharmacy!! I have to phone for my chronic medication that I get someone to collect for me once a month. I have tried to phone 7 times today of which only two calls were actually answered. I spoke to a chap by the name of Kyle who listened to my story and was very patient and helpful. He would give a message to the Pharmacy to phone me back.....Thanks Kyle but I am still waiting for that to happen. I was wanting to get my meds collected tomorrow as I am going for an operation and will be out of action for some time. This is not the first time that this has happened. It is a monthly struggle. It is almost as if because you are phoning you are not important to them, even if that is all they say when you are waiting to be answered. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE up your service as I am sure that I am not the only person with this problem. You know things are bad when you have to resort to a complaint email. Dischem Pharmacy Table bay mall..
I ordered medication online and received an sms confirming that its ready for collection.. when I got there my order wasnt ready and no one wanted to take responsibility for it.. it was not on their systems to begin with.. this is after queuing for a long time in the collections queue..I don't know why they have that desk in the 1st place when there's no one assigned to it..pathetic service

Good day

Am writing this with total dissapointed i never thought that one day i will be so humiliated for mere stickers.yesterday at around 18:45 i went to dischem Soshanguve crossing to claim my collections but instead i got humiliated in front of other customers.i was interrogated.i didnt know that for me to claim my collection i needed to have slips of my purchases.and i will say not everyone keep their slips and am definitely one of those customers who dont keep slips because i dont see a reason why i should keep useless papers.those people at the customer service desk where so rude even the manager.it so painful to be a black person wearing worksuits and going to dischem to claim for your collection.am so much dissapointed with the service i got the.next time i will remind never to shop at dischem.i was treated like a thief.they evenly told me that my stickers they dont reflect.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.thank you for poor customer service

Poor product knowledge
Long waits. Poor service. Staff product knowledge needs improvement. No stock. Will take order then call back telling me no this and no that. Don't blame covid this has been ongoing since you opened.

gave me the wrong medication instead of giving me xefo they gave me zofer??????
gave me zofer rapitab for nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy when they supposed to give me xefo rapid anti inflamatory this is absolutely shocking to make mistakes like this !!!

COVID VACCINATION
I underwent my second COVID vaccination at the Dischem Galleria branch in Amanzimtoti yesterday.
I really must compliment everyone there on the excellent service provided, from management to nurses to ushers, etc. They were all exceptionally professional, efficient and polite,making a drawn out process a pleasurable one. Well done to all concerned!

Professional, Polished, Empathetic and Efficient - but free water as corporate social responsibility
The Covid Vaccinne crew at Canal Walk (Century City, Cape Town, 5 July) must be commended as they run a slick operation - to the extent, sadly, of having to contend with offensive, abusive and unreasonably impatient people. My hat off to the Regional Manager of Diskem at Century City - on the 5 July. A sterling job, sir! And a big speecial thanks to Nurse Duma - you were kind, patient and you care (a great deal)

A MESSSAGE TO HEAD OFFICE:

The bulk of those vaccinated on 5 July were satisfied. But please consider providing seats for people waiting in lines outside, especially for the old and frail. It is not right that they should stand for more than an hour and I know that Diskem cares about both human and client. If this constitutes a problem cos of the health management logistics, please provide people standing in your long Diskem vacccination lines with WATER. Consider FREE WATER as corporate social responsibility.

Awesome service for covid vaccine at Dischem Midrand
I had my covid-19 vaccination at the Midrand head office this morning. The huge crowd was very well managed. Everybody was treated with respect and care by all staff members. Thank you for the awesome experience.

It's crimes against humanity, International court cases already ongoing and every person/business/doctors/world wide govts and hospitals will be executed for crimes against humanity. Middelburg Mall Dischem
Please explain to me why a trolley of Dischem Middrlburg Mall is not allowed outside the shoo and a customer must transfer their purchases to a Spar trolley to take it to their vehicle in te parking are
